Decent Texas BBQ at this location within Hilton’s “Famous Foods Street Eats” section. The Texas Trinity’s brisket and sausage were surprisingly good, but the rib was dry and flavorless. Sauces were good for pairing with the various meats. Beware that the Texas Trinity and a beer will cost you almost $40! Fast and efficient service. Plenty of tables to sit and eat at.

I was a bit disappointed with the food here.
The meat was way too greasy and it wasn’t even warm when served.
I stopped by because I wanted a quick meal, but the food took quite a while to come out.
I was expecting better temperature control overall, it didn’t live up to the price.

Coming from someone who isn’t a huge barbecue person, Blood Bros. blew me away. This was easily some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The food was amazing from start to finish. Thank you for doing it right!

This bbq located inside the Resort World food court adjacent to the casino floor so its gonna be pricy.
I ordered this brisket sandwich, just the thingy by itself no fries or anything cost a whooping $17 total after tax. It might be worth it if it was superb but it’s just alright, it tastes like bbq n the meat is chewy but the bun is tiny. Def not worth it as how it goes w others on strip food.
Service could be better the employee seems really bored n uninteractive. 6/10.

This just is not great BBQ. I got the pulled pork, turkey, brisket fried rice and jalapeno coleslaw. The turkey carried the weight even though it was barely smoked, if it was at all. It had good texture and was moist. I’d eat it again. The pulled pork was trash. It was barely smoked and the sauce was flat. The coleslaw was meh. A little spicy, but lacked depth. The brisket fried rice was good and I’d eat it again. Nothing here was good enough to compel me to eat here again, though.

The ordering experience is reviewed elsewhere.

The Brisket sandwich on brioche and grilled onions. Along with pickled jalapeño and some kind of leaves awash in a tasty asian inspired sauce.

Sides elements were not too spicy but I didn’t eat them.

Brisket was very tasty. Light sauce and plenty of delicious dry rub. Cooked perfectly and saddled into a cloud-like brioche bun.

Almost heavenly. Almost.

Every BBQ place across the States, worth its seasoned salt, piles the Brisket across the buns until it’s falling out. Often requiring a utensil to retrieve it.

The Blood Bros, for some reason, visibly cheaped out on the meat portion. Using no more than four ounces.

The other irritating thing was how the brisket was cut. Rather than cut thin slices the length of the actual brisket, they (i watched) cut one big portioned piece, then used a cleaver to chop that into 1”-1.5” cubes.

This made for difficult eating of this sandwich. Chunks rolling out and off at each bite was annoying.

As I devoured the BBQ flavored bun, I couldn’t help but notice, and photograph, just how anorexic this sandwich was.

At $15.71, plus $1.29 tip, I should NOT be seeing gaps in the meat with only bun in many of my bites.

Truly, a pathetic presentation and simply highway robbery for the fee incurred.

Good flavor. Tender brisket… make it a fair deal. You might see me again.

The guy preparing the food grabbed sanitizer with his gloves squeezed it all over his gloves then started grabbing all the meat and putting it in my to go box I asked them about it. They acted like they were confused and it was OK and proceeded not to change his gloves, even though I asked for that. Definitely not eating this food. Don’t want to end up sick. I don’t suggest you eat here.

Had the brisket which was tasty although a far cry from the best of Texas BBQ. Portion size was good with some decent fat and lean meat mix. Flavor was a little lacking and wished there was a more complex smoke and spice flavor.
