We saw the feature done on Blondies by Phantom Gourmet and wanted to give it a try. The ratings for Blondies are not a mistake it is a truly excellent BBQ experience.
All the food is excellent. The Texas Twinkies (bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños) are just amazing! The brisket is a specialty and it is wonderful. They provide two kinds of barbecue sauce, but the brisket is just great without any. They had a bacon wrapped brisket meatloaf that was delicious. The sides were all good, but the cornbread is really excellent. For a small dessert we had the cherry cheesecake which is a perfect bit of sweetness after BBQ.
I am looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.
The service was really warm and friendly – even after we managed to knock over a full glass of Coke shortly after being seated. We were very happy to meet the owner Pete Crowley . These are really good people who understand good service and I hope they are successful.
The decor is bright, they play country music and a comfortable level, and there is excellent parking.

As soon a you walk in, you can smell how amazing it’s going to be. It was our first time and Emily was superb! The brisket could be cut with a fork. The pulled pork melted in my mouth. The maple butter for the cornbread was a nice touch. Throughout our dining the staff checked to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife, a former Texas resident, and I would give Blondie’s ten stars if we could. Everything about our experience was fantastic, and venturing out on another cold, snowy weekend was well worth the effort.
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is outstanding. The brisket and turkey sandwiches were both delicious—the turkey sandwich didn’t even last long enough for us to take a photo. After enjoying our sandwiches and ribs, we decided to order takeout wings for the Super Bowl, and we’re looking forward to having them later today.

Southern transplant here-this is legit BBQ and fixins. Tender pulled pork, ribs, brisket, juicy sausage all pair nicely with great cornbread and spot-on pimento cheese (seriously, this is some of the best pimento cheese I’ve ever had). Absolutely great mac and cheese and potato salad as well. Beans were unique but good.
The only critique I have is the greens are a miss. Don’t get me wrong they’re good for what they are (sauteed chard and spinach?) but when you see greens on a menu at a barbecue place, you expect collard greens and these ain’t it. Order them if you want something green, just don’t expect “greens”.
If I could be so bold to suggest to the owners; offer samples of the pimento cheese. This isn’t a known food item here but everyone I’ve introduced to it loves it. Cheers!

Blondie’s BBQ is absolutely incredible! The food is packed with flavor—perfectly smoked meats, sauces that hit every note, and sides that could be a meal on their own. The portions are generous, the staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Easily one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve ever had—already planning my next visit!

If you’ve been to Terry Blacks bbq in Austin, you’ll feel that same vibe here. Impressive 1000 gallon rigs outside greet you with mouth-watering aromas. Take a tour. Then go inside and appreciate true Texas-style bbq. We were a group of 9 and shared almost everything on the menu… all worth ordering again. Ribs had a black pepper rub that was fantastic. Brisket had perfect amount of smoke and bark. Pulled pork with house bbq sauce was addicting. All good… give it a try.

Top tier BBQ in MA. Ever since I moved from Texas I’ve been looking for a BBQ that measures up, and I finally found it. Juicy, tasty, soft brisket. Their “shells & cheese” is like no other, as well as their cornbread. Everything is delicious, everything feels homemade with passion. Super kind people. I will be back. HIGHLY recommend it.

Excellent food quality & selections, the service was amazing ! This would be a great location for eat-in or take out for pre-gaming at Gillette Stadium for games, concerts or for no apparent reason. Stopped in on the way to the game. Best BBQ I have had in mass. When you show up at 10am on a Sunday morning you don’t expect the BBQ to be fresh off the smoker, but that’s what we got. Super tender juicy meats with great sides, and helpful friendly hospitality.
