I used to love Bliss and Vinegar years ago, and then I’m sure Covid times had an affect on their restaurant, however this place has gone completely downhill. They used to have a cooler full of treats and drinks they made they and purchased, now it’s shut off and empty. They used to offer beverages and flavored waters in their glass dispenser on the counter, now it’s warm water that’s been sitting there all day. The quality of food used to be great. Now the chicken is so dry it was like eating chewy celery. I purchase the “Bruce-Rito” and was surprised to see it in an overly processed white tortilla when they pride themselves on being a healthy restaurant. I asked for the chipotle ranch dressing on the side which was like water, so I couldn’t really use it. After a couple bites I wasn’t getting much besides spinach, and when I opened it up that’s basically what I got: a burrito full of spinach. Totally not worth the $10; I’ll never be back. Aside from that, the girl that took my order and made my food barely wanted to talk to me and was pretty unfriendly, and the girl that rang me up wasn’t much better. I truly hope they can turn things around otherwise I’m not sure how they’ll be able to stay in business.
