The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the food was pretty expensive for what it was, though the steak burger was quite nice. We thought the fish and chips and some of the other offerings were a bit pricey.
Still, a fun spot to have beer and enjoy a vintage restaurant vibe.
Our food took a bit longer than expected, but they followed up on it quickly, which I really appreciated. I ordered the fish and chips, fried mushrooms, French fries, and a root beer — everything was seriously delicious! It turned out to be one of the best dinners I’ve had in a while.
If you’re ever in Topeka, this is definitely a must-try spot!
Two Weeks ago I ordered the ‘Texas Roadrunner’… and WOW ! It was beyond scrumptious !! The BBQ Brisket had an amazing flavor and was so tender… the Chicken Breast could have possibly been a bit ‘dry’, but it was really hard to tell with the melted cheese and sauce, which more than compensated. The food literally melted in my mouth is was soooo good!
Because of this experience, when I was back in town, I had to swing by the BT again, and this time I had the Brisket Platter… which again didn’t disappoint. In fact it was sooo good and filling, I had to take the loaded baked potato home and devoured it for lunch the next day.
If you’ve not been to Blind Tiger for a while, I HIGHLY recommend you go by and check it out! Y U M !!!
I’d heard some questionable reviews bit I stayed open minded.
We were both pleasantly surprised.
Our server was inexperienced but pleasant and attentive.
The food was really delicious, well cooked.
I had the cajun pasta and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve had in a very long time.
We tried several types of beer and they were all good .
I will say we went for lunch and it wasn’t very busy at all .
The place.is so big I could see how there might be issues if it was a very busy night.
But over all we were very happy and we will be back.
