Stumbled upon this place after our hike at Mineral wells State park. It was a Saturday around 3pm. It’s a speakeasy so my husband was immediately drawn to it. However, we went in thru the regular entrance and were instantly by Jacob. Super personable. We ordered a couple of their specialty cocktails and were blown away. That was just the beginning as it became evident Jacob was NOT a bartender this young man is a Master Mixologist!! Everything he created for us was AMAZING! He also let us sample some of his off menu creations that continued to blow us away! We live in FTW but will be making the drive just to see what else Jacob has up his sleeve! We also got to meet the owner who was also a veteran like my husband. They struck up a conversation and found out they’re having a dueling piano night Oct 11th count us in we instantly bought our tickets to enjoy some more delicious drinks and music! Looking forward to this. Don’t skip this hidden gem!

It is, to my knowledge, the best bar in Palo Pinto County. I remember when they first opened and I hoped it would do well. It has exceeded my expectations in both experience and quality. The owner Bruce and the head bartender, Jacob, along with the sweetest of ladies, Megan and Jazmyn, bring an impeccable team to the table. World class drinks, live music, fun, and excellent service, it is both a treat and a privilege to have such a wonderful establishment like Blind Pig here in Mineral Wells, TX. I look forward to many nights, and wonderful memories. Cheers!

If you’re anywhere near Mineral Wells, you have to stop by The Blind Pig! The bar is spacious and inviting, with plenty of room to hang out, hit the dance floor, or just soak in the atmosphere. The music was great all night, and the A/C was ice-cold — a lifesaver in that Texas heat!
The highlight of the night was definitely Jacob, the bartender. He’s a true master of craft cocktails. Every drink was expertly made, full of flavor, and served with genuine hospitality. You can tell Jacob knows his stuff and takes real pride in what he does.
Highly recommend checking out The Blind Pig — great drinks, great vibe, and great people. A must-visit in Mineral Wells!

Awesome speakeasy with a unique entrance! Highly recommend while you’re in town! Jacob is obviously passionate about cocktails so if it’s not super busy ask him to make his specialty cocktails! We had his spicy mule and it was so amazing.

Walking into the Blind pig was such a great experience! At first it’s like a little store. Then you go through a secret door and it opens up into an amazing speak easy atmosphere is so nice I love it here alone with the live music and karaoke on Thursday nights. And the bartender are so great super friendly and make great drinks. I definitely recommend coming here! The owners are so sweet and wholesome 🙂
