I typically don’t leave negative reviews, having worked in the industry myself. I understand delays, but the handling of our dinner on a Tuesday night was a complete breakdown of basic hospitality standards.
After an hour wait for 1 of 2 entrees, the server said the manager was taking 10% off and the kitchen sent out my guest’s food but did not bring mine until she had completely finished eating.
As anyone in the industry knows, the primary goal of dining out is to eat together. Serving entrees 20 minutes apart defeats the purpose of the meal.
The server did not check on us once, and neither did the manager. A 10% discount doesn’t fix a manager’s negligence, a super awkward dinner or the fact that we didn’t get to have dinner ‘together.’
We ended up refusing the late meal entirely, so there’s nothing to note about the restaurant’s food. This seemed to be a major failure in the kitchen’s expediting and management’s ability to recover, or even check in with, a fumbled table.
I strongly recommend *not* going here. Not because accidents don’t happen, but because at this place, they don’t matter either, and neither does the experience. Or, whether you get food after ordering it.

I appreciate your acknowledgment of the service failures regarding expediting and recovery, but I respectfully decline the refund.
I support New Baltimore businesses because I believe in the investment being made in this city. That is why I left a 26% tip despite the experience.
Hospitality is not transactional. It rests on professionalism, accountability, and respect. A refund addresses the bill; it does not address the experience. What lingers is a diminished willingness to engage with the version of this city we are collectively trying to build.
I will continue to support, promote, and photograph this community. I would have preferred to do so without leaving your establishment feeling diminished

Not only was the food amazing, the staff are all super friendly and helpful! RJ was the best!! He gave great recommendations, paced my food and drinks perfectly and met every need without me having to ask for anything! Absolutely fantastic service. I highly recommend and will come back any time I’m in the area.

This is a good place for drinks. The atmosphere was good. I am a little disappointed because the food wasn’t good. All of them are super salty. We were here for a family dinner and were happy with the place, services, drinks, but not the food.

Excellent food, service and drinks. My husband and I went to town sampling the sushi menu. 5 stars to the sushi chef. His unique menu was very enjoyable. Everything was so fresh and all the flavors complimented each other well. The Fish Fly roll was my personal favorite. Sophia, our server was exceptional. She was so welcoming and attentive. She made an already great meal even better. I tired the pineapple infused cocktail, no surprise it was also delicious. I can’t wait to eat here again.

This restaurant tasted great and the service was fantastic!!! The birria tacos and smoked salmon sushi were delicious, and my boyfriend loved the cheesecake dessert. Thank you guys for a lovely meal 🙂

This review is based on carry out. Food was well packaged and still warm when it got home. Cuban quesadilla was a different take on the classic. While it was good, I still prefer a traditional sandwich. Street corn was good but a little on the well done side. The Monte Christo was tasty and meaty and paired well with the raspberry jam. You have to be in a mood to eat it, but it’s totally worth it. Their fries are fresh and very tasty. The food is pricy like everything else in the world so no sense complaining. Thumbs up.

Everything was great, from the service to the food. Wife enjoyed her meal, which is can’t remember but tested good. I had the vegas crunch roll and it was outstanding. First time doing sushi, and I’ll do it again. Great job.

Food was fabulous! Hubby had the chicken enchiladas and I had a spicy shrimp taco and the coconut shrimp sushi. Everything was on point. Lindsay was our server and she was super! So sweet and kind and a beautiful smile too. We will be back to try more. Pic is of my sushi – it was such a pretty presentation! I should have taken it before I dug in.

I came here a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. I sat at the sushi bar and our chef, David was extremely attentive, talented, and knowledgeable. I asked him for vegetarian recommendations and he did not disappoint! This was some of the most fresh and delicious sushi that I have ever eaten.
One of the rolls (pictured) was a vegetarian roll that featured avocado. The other roll (also pictured) featured tofu. Not pictured was the fried avocado that came with a delicious spicy mayo dipping sauce. I will definitely be back soon!!
