Bleu is housed in the renovated Reedsville Granary in De Pere, WI. Bleu’s dining space offers plenty of character with original exposed wood beams, plank flooring and vintage door covered ceilings. Bleu is chef owned, team oriented and fresh quality product minded. The menu concept is new American with French influence.

Finally made it here for the first time and we weren’t disappointed. We made early reservations and when we arrived we were seated promptly. Overall, our food was very delicious. They had a good wine selection. I was a little disappointed they were out of the ribeye by 4:30. But I survived and went with the tenderloin.
My steak was slightly overdone… but not enough to send it back. It still had tremendous flavor.
We would definitely go back and try this place again. Overall, a great experience… staff was very attentive and friendly even though they were packed, and the food was delicious. Only negatives were the steak being overdone and the seating just made you feel like you were sitting on top of the table next to you…. so no privacy whatsoever. But small complaints overall.
I would definitely recommend Bleu to others for a nice dinner.

First time dining here, it is a nicely decorated restaurant, had a reservation (advised for weekends). Has 20 or so tables, a L-shaped bar, well decorated and comfortable lighting. Good wine, beer and cocktail selections – we had the chocolate martini and Anejo Old Fashioned. For starters, of which there are several to choose from, we shared the beet salsa and Parker rolls. The rolls came with a local cheese – both were tasty. For mains we had the Shrimp & Grits and Pork Shank and potatoes/vegetables. The Shrimp was tasty and had a bit of spice kick. The pork was well prepared, but lacked a signature taste. Our service was excellent and timely. Definitely recommend.

Delicious! Our server, Cody, was very attentive and pleasant. The drinks were strong ans the food was amazing and well cooked. Highly recommend the cran cake and the tenderloin. Will come here again for sure.

Excellent, but lost a star on value. Others have said it and I can confirm, prices are high, both food and drinks.
The food is very good. Had the mussels which were delicious and substantial. Service was good and friendly. My dining companion said the atmosphere is exactly the way it’s been for many years. Interesting lighting, doors on the ceiling, and interesting, clever art.
Make a reservation as it tends to get busy even on weekdays.

Exceptional food and service. Goat cheese curds were amazing to start and my filet was cooked perfectly. Others in the group had lemon chicken, bleu stack burger, and sunny side up burger. Everyone said their food was delicious. Anejo old fashioned was amazing and others said their bleu mojitos and peach cocktails were excellent. Only very minor issue is that the seating in the dining area seemed very tight and the place was filled so it was pretty loud sometimes. Thankful we had a wall on one side otherwise it may have been difficult to hear the conversation sometimes. Will definitely return and would highly recommend!

Bleu Restaurant & Lounge give you high end, big city feels.
The service, food and drinks have always been on point. It is a great place to have go on a date or enjoy with friends. We went as a group of five, to celebrate our friend’s anniversary.
I’m not normally a fan of calamari but here I am. The batter is crisp, seasoned and has just the right amount of salt sprinkled on it.
I ordered the Butter Crusted Atlantic Cod, as well as one of my friends. This is a big meaty piece of fish that is truly cooked to perfection. So flaky. The lemon caper beurre blanc gives the dish a nice briny lemony boost.
I wish I remembered our server’s name to give her a proper shout out, because she was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and was just fun to interact with.

Elevated bites, so glad I discovered this place. Little pricey but oh so very delicious! I started with the madjool dates stuffed with chorizo & wrapped in bacon – the flavors melded beautifully! For my main I tried the Atlantic Cod – large fillet cooked to perfection, flaky with excellent texture. The smashed new potatoes were excellent along with asparagus. Everything was fresh & cooked perfectly, flavorful & beautifully plated. Neat interior with unique wood doors for the ceiling. Bar seating or tables available. Partially open kitchen area where you can watch the fabulous dishes being masterfully created. They have a great view which they should play up instead of hiding behind curtains & not so clear windows.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The only downfall, was that side bar seating was all that was available and it was very cold. Other than that, we enjoyed the food. Bar service was excellent. The mussels, tenderloin, dates and lobster bisque were very good. I would have preferred an alternative dip than ketchup for the goat cheese curds. Unfortunately the person who took our order did not write our order down and then forgot my husband ordered his tenderloin without mushrooms. We got the chocolate peanut butter tart which a perfect ending to a yummy meal.

Fantastic food, great service & the atmosphere is a fun unique take on a higher end rustic bar with lots of plates to share. The bartender (Nicole) is fantastic at recommending things to try both with drinks & with food and they were all fantastic. The dates were particularly impressive and the goat cheese curds are highly recommended.
