End of vacation, had to stop and get some Haitian food. I should have asked more questions but it was crowded and the sweet ladies in the back was stressed. Missing banun and salad from my “griot complete”, but the rice was 10/10. Sauce and pikliz thoughtfully put in coffee cups, love the innovation guys. BUT getting a dozen vegan patties is diabolical, vegan as in there was NO FILLING in these jawns. Let’s change that please, xoxo

If I could leave a 0 star review I would as a Haitian guy I believe in supporting each other but the service I got from this place was the worst I have experienced in my life. The people just ignore you like you not even there I have never felt this invisible, don’t go there find some where else.

Earlier today I bought a dozen patties which were supposed to be chicken only and they were all cod. This was very disappointing because I don’t eat cod nor does my household.
This is very unprofessional and risky for people with food allergies. I think you should find a way to differentiate your patties with food coloring; maybe placing a red dot for beef and green for fish.
Just a thought. This is the first time this has happened. So please fix this.
This deserves a 1 start but I do enjoy your patties just tired of the constant mix up.

I usually really love this place but lately i have not been pleased and i travel over 30 minutes for their food. But the chicken portion was small and the meat was really dry it was the last of the pan and i asked for more chicken because i would be eating on my lunch break and i wanted chicken that wasnt dried out she wouldnt get ne any from the back so i asked for sauce over the rice and meat she put two luttle scoops so i asked for more she put a little on top with a attitude and then closed the box though i was making a face that i was not satisfied. Love the restaurant but you have to learn to give people what they want especially when they paying $9 for a plate
