Best place in town when you want a treat! The service is top notch and will always make your day better! From post workout smoothies to hydrating refreshers to beat the heat you can’t go wrong! Their Wednesday waffles are a great jump day pick me up breakfast, lunch, or snack; for the other days of the weeks they have have tasty açaí bowls if you are pinched for time. I would be here everyday of the week if I could! You don’t want to miss out! Thank you to Matt and the crew for helping me make a decision with so many amazing options! I never regret stopping in!

The owner is so kind to his staff and customers. I was talking about how I left my wallet at home and couldn’t provide the stamps card, but he thought I was talking about my debit card and was prepared to let me pay tomorrow morning (Which of course I would honor) and upon clarification he said he would mark me down for stamps. I don’t know what this town did to deserve such a kind man.

First let me start by saying how amazing the staff is. They are so welcoming with a positive uplifting vibe. You will always get a greeting even when they’re busy. The daily specials and the reward card are great to use when wanting to try things. I haven’t tried everything yet but 1 day I will. There is oatmeal daily and waffles on Wednesday. Fresh and hot. The loaded teas are to die for and a not loaded with sugar but loaded with energy so makes them that much better. The shakes are the best and they keep you full.. The menu changes monthly however they will still make what you like if they have the ingredients, which usually they do. There are 2 nights they offer cardio Drumming class. It is a little over 30 minutes and like every workout it’s what you put into it. From beginners to advanced anyone can do it. My 6yr and 7yr old girls go with me and they love it. Did I mention you get a free hydrating drink or small shake afterwards. If you haven’t tried it you really should just once and you will not be disappointed. I don’t work there I just really love it.
