I feel like I enter the tropics when I come to Blend. The vibe is like I am on island time and then I slowly realize I have to go back out to my car and head somewhere not on an island. Boo!
I love the Snickers shake with the chocolate pea protein add. Absolutely delicious – tastes like a milkshake, but healthier. I also enjoy the protein balls – peanut butter chocolate chip – near the front door.
The team are very friendly! Excellent customer service. Lots of variety on the menu – you won’t leave disappointed.
There is a drive-thru that I have not used, so I cannot provide feedback.
Geeat place and I feel like I am making healthy choices when I eat and drink out!

I ordered a wrap from here however I noticed the lettuce on it tasted funky and not fresh, almost like it’s been sitting for a while. It honestly made me feel a bit nauseous after eating. I also ordered a smoothie which was good, but I’m not sure I would go here again considering the price I payed for the quality of food I received.

We stop here on our way back from errands for a quick and healthy recharge meal or snack. It is a small and cozy place with a warm vibe. The food is always fresh and made to order. Team members are friendly and helpful and take their time explaining various menu items. Recommend a visit when in the area. We are excited because they will be opening another location in Monroe soon which is closer for more frequent visits.

Terrible service very disappointing, will not go there again. I been going to blend in new Windsor for years since they were at the old location, I order a salad and a quesadilla with no bacon. The quesadilla came with no bacon but the salad came with bacon I went to the counter and notified them of the mistake, they said no problem will make you another one. Why when I went home and started eating the salad after a few bites I notice bacon in the salad.

Charles is doing an amazing job with his team, the food is always great and the customer service is very friendly when I walk in, making it an enjoyable experience. When ordering the food via DoorDash the food is always secured with the Tamper Stickers and the display of the food itself looks delicious. It’s worth the money to order from THIS location! I appreciate this establishment and their team.

I was really excited to Get the two different bowls that I had ordered one had pineapple coconut, and a coconut base with banana and then the other bowl Was the Nutter butter bowl With a bunch of add-ons. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received a bowl that was drowning in base. I’m really disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating this healthy snack after my work out and it’s just completely soaked in the pitsya base. I’m usually able to leave notes when I check out at checkout and This particular time I was unable to for some reason. I really was hoping that somebody would reach out to me to try to fix this problem since I ordered through Uber Eats and it’s super expensive with all of the charges and service fees and delivery charges and of course I always tip the drivers 20% because I know that nobody else is taking care of them! I would just appreciate if someone could reach out to me to hopefully resolve this issue and then I can reevaluate my review and edit it. I tried to call, but there is no way for a customer to leave a voicemail unfortunately. DoorDash is expensive and was just looking for someone to make the situation right since I order twice a week. don’t get me wrong. I love the bowls from here…. but they are normally presented much better and are not drowning in the base!

Blend has been around since I was a little kid and I’ve always loved coming here. They’re very understanding of allergies, but cross-contamination is common with the way they set things up. If you say you have allergies, they’ll use a specific blender, scoop, or other things to try and accommodate the best they can. The staff is wonderful and kind. I always get the same custom smoothie and it tastes the same every time no matter who makes it. Their smoothies are amazing, substitutes are no problem, they have açai bowls, salads, wraps, and other amazing things. It’s been so fun watching blend grow up.

The avocado toast was lovely. The pesto flatbread was missing the mozzarella cheese and barely had any avocado. I had the exact same thing at the Middletown location and it was made perfectly. If this was my first time getting the pesto flatbread, I’d pass on it in the future. It was one hit and one miss. The employees were fine.
