Such a lovely & unique experience in Downtown Loveland. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in but I was greeted with several friendly faces. I was a little overwhelmed with the menu when I first walked in but the owners were so kind to walk me through the menu and the different levels of their products. I got an aloe shot, a tea, and a shake bowl for $12 since it was my first visit!!!! Such a great deal. I am so excited to come back to try more of their goods. I am sipping on my tea and downing my PB Cup Smoothie bowl as I type this…yum!!!

Blend Nutrition is an absolute gem in Loveland! Every visit feels like a tiny recharge for my day. The staff greets you like an old friend, the service is quick, and the energy inside is warm and upbeat. Their shakes are silky and flavorful without being overly sweet, and their teas… wow. Don’t know why I’ve never been here, the protein boosted shake and tea were amazing after going to the gym and moving mattresses. Definitely recommend if you need some extra protein or a meal replacement option that doesn’t taste like stale cardboard. Had the lemon pound cake monthly special and enjoyed the subtile flavor. Highly recommend!

The owner, Heidi did my body scan and sat down with me and created a meal plan for me because I was not eating enough protein. I lost 4.1 pounds on the three day challenge. Heidi is AMAZING!!! Her husband Jacob is too.
