We love Blaze! We usually all do build your own, so everyone can get what they like. I like the pesto base sauce with shredded and ovolini mozzarella, ham, sausage, tomatoes, and roasted garlic, finished with a bbq drizzle. Sooo good! The kids that work there are always sweet and accommodating when you ask them to go heavy or light on certain ingredients.

Be warned: ordering through Blaze’s website actually routes your order through DoorDash, and the store takes zero responsibility when things go wrong.
I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 meatballs, and a soda from the Durango location. After waiting 33 minutes, the delivery driver finally showed up with… ONE pizza and a soda. That’s it. He told me the store only gave him that and suggested I call for a refund. Then he left with the food.
So after waiting over half an hour, I had no food and no resolution.
When I spoke to the GM, he claimed they had no control over the order or refunds. He also said it would take a long time to remake my missing food because they were busy with a line and online orders. So apparently my time didn’t matter at all.
When I pointed out that basic customer service would be to remake the missing food immediately since their store caused the issue, he had nothing to say. When I told him I would leave a review and never return (this was my very first experience with Blaze), he said he understood.
That says everything.
No accountability. No urgency. No customer service. Just excuses and indifference. I will absolutely never return, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this location with their order.

This IS literally the slowest location ever! I was the last person in line with only two parties ahead of me and now there’s a line of at least seven parties. There are currently five people behind the counter – two people just standing around and one person JUST making salads. They’re only focused on making internet orders and not even handling any in house orders. The little girl with the dark hair and all the piercings in her face is just making dough this whole time while people are waiting. This is ridiculous! I see why I don’t come here anymore! Come on Shaq diesel!

We haven’t been to a Blaze in a while but after finding out that Pieology closed we gave it another chance. We must have arrived when several people were on break. There were only 2 team members working the line doing all the things. The wait to get to order took a good 25 mins. As we waited several team members came back from break and the line got moving right along. The wait for the pizza once ordered wasn’t long at all. My pizza was piping hot but my daughters was barely warm. We are guessing hers was waiting on mine to finish. Both pizzas were very tasty and exactly what we were looking for. We’ll be coming back again.

My family and I have gotten take out from this location multiple times and no matter what somehow my pizza is always made wrong. The last time I decided to get a pizza that was already on the menu instead of building my own thinking there’s no way it could be made wrong but it was. I got the meatball and ricotta pizza it had very little meatballs which was only on one side and no ricotta at all. The pizza had two toppings and it was still made wrong. Very frustrating especially since I’ve given them multiple chances unfortunately I’ll never go back.

Normally I’m a big fan of blaze. Today was kind of bad. Despite it still being on their displayed menu they have apparently discontinued the spicy chili oil. We had already paid for a side of it and the manager and staff were going to not let us have an alternate side cup until we complained. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Also very disappointed in blaze for discontinuing a thing that is one of the only reasons I went here. Additionally they heavily prioritized to go orders with their meager staff and made us stand waiting to order for around 10 min.

I have repeatedly visited this store for carry out. The Black Manager here is so unprofessional. No name tag. He doesn’t ever greet you. And when you ask how long they need for your order. All he ever says is, “It’s in the oven” or “Its being worked on”.
He never gives customers an idea of how long the wait will be. He acts as if he doesn’t know whos order is in the oven or how long a pizza takes to cook.
Why should he be in a management position with such poor customer service skills? All it does is drag down the customers experience. I hope someone secret shops here to verify my complaint at this location.

My husband went here today to get two pizza. When he got to the front to pay he asked where the other pizza was and they said “well we only made one” he said “I told you I wanted two!” They said “well, we are busy and you’ll have to wait in line (which was very long) again to get another one. He said “absolutely not, why should I have to wait again because of you not listening?” They said sorry, we are busy and you’ll have to wait…. My husband said I’ll just take the one and never come back! They didn’t care in the slightest! Terrible customer service!!!

My wife and I always love a visit to Blaze. For only $10 you get a custom pizza with numerous toppings and it’s always crispy and delicious. Using their app to order ahead is the best way to avoid a sometimes long line. If you’ve never been to Blaze, I highly recommend it and their locations are pretty consistent.
