Had a great experience at Blaze Pizza! I placed an order through DoorDash for their Buy 2 Pizzas for $14.99 deal, which was such a great value. Arturo helped me retrieve my order, and he was so kind, professional, and quick to assist. He made the pickup process super smooth and pleasant.
The location is very clean, has ample parking, and even though I arrived around 9:03 p.m. (close to closing at 10), the staff was welcoming and accommodating. There weren’t many people when I arrived, which made it a relaxing stop before others started coming in for pickup orders.
The service was great, everything looked fresh, and the team clearly takes pride in maintaining a neat and well-run space. (Note to self: maybe go lighter on the toppings next time—my pizza turned a little soggy from all my add-ons!)
Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to Arturo and the Blaze team. Great food, great deal, and great service—definitely recommend this location!

This was the day that you can get a pizza for $3.14. We drove 11 miles to the Blaze Pizza closest to us. There was a long line outside waiting to get in. We decided to get in the line and we waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes before we got to the counter to order. At that time we were told that we could only have 3 toppings. We thought, okay, they would probably be generous with the 3 toppings. Wrong, they were so skimpy with the toppings that it made me a little upset. I asked if they could put just a little more mushrooms on it, and they said it would count as another topping. Anyway, I didn’t think that it was right after waiting that long. I do understand that they didn’t want to run out of toppings, but that was ridiculous. It wasn’t worth the long wait, and I won’t go back next year.
Anyway, it tasted alright because I was starving at that point!
Also, I asked for a water glass. They told me that I could buy a bottle of water for $1.50 because water glasses cost too much to give out.

Every time I get food from here it takes them at least 20 minutes to take my order, no matter if I am the first person in line or not. They normally have 2 workers working but only one person making food, regardless of how many people are in line.
BUT Naveah should not be working in customer service! She was the one only working the register. The other young lady was working hard to get in store and online orders out. There are two online orders and two in store orders ahead of me. The young lady is finishing the order ahead of me, and Naveah walks up. She walks up because she recognizes a young man behind me. She starts a conversation with him about biology class, how she used to work in Surprise but they closed, and how long she’s been at this store. She then proceeds to ask him what would he like to order. I look up from my phone, and the other young lady tells her that I was there first. Naveah apologizes and ask me what I want. I tell her ok after the apology then tell her what I want. She puts then paper down and starts to walk away. I then put my head back down towards my phone. As I do that, she turns to whisper something to the other worker and laugh. When my food was done, she calls my name and put the box on top of the counter. As I approach the counter, she looks at me confused and says “you can take it.” I then tell her that I would like to add some finishing toppings to my pizza. She asked me “what do you want” in a very irritated tone. I asked for light honey and light balsamic glaze. Someone walks up to get an order. As she is talking and looking at him, she starts pouring. Safe to say, nothing was light about the pouring.
Blaze pizza, please retrain your employees on proper customer service.

Bought a cauliflower crust pizza yesterday. Awesome team that helped. Very tasty pizza. Can’t wait to be back.

CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN ORDERING PICK UP, THEY WONT FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR MEAL and by time you notice you will be out the door!! I ordere pie rise and got regular crust and ordered pesto bread sticks and got plain. They never pay attention to details and rush through making the order.

Not too happy with this place lately. I’d hire a manager and have them keep an eye on what is going on at this location. We were the only people in line and it took 4 minutes for someone to recognize us. I asked for white sauce and got pink sauce since the red was dripping over and was majorly mixed in. The worker clearly didn’t care about anything. My buddies pizza went in at the same time as mine. Mine came out with burned crust and they told us his wasn’t done yet. 5 minutes later they called us up and tried to give us a pizza that wasn’t his. Good for their salesmanship efforts though, they tried to talk him into it a actually being the pizza he ordered. They finally admitted that they gave his pizza to someone else. The solution wasn’t obvious to them at first; remake the pizza . After they remade it they let it sit on the grill too long but finally gave it to him uncut, with instruction, they did eventually cut it. The tables were filthy. I desire to choose any other pizza place next time. All this being said, I ate the whole pizza except for the burnt crust.

First time here, came here primarily cause I saw they offered Keto Crust and I was not disappointed. I did the “Build your own Pizza” with all the toppings you desire. Pizza was great what was better was the care and attention from the employees my boy on the fire oven was Gucci. I will be definitely returning for my pizza. Also I can’t imagine what a regular crust pizza taste like cause the toppings and sauce are pretty good. You can’t sleep on this thing crust pizza 11′ and all the toppings you want is enough to fill you up.
