We go to the Blaze at Chinden and Linder often. The last couple times we’ve been there’s a new guy that’s been so kind and really listens to your requests of how you want your pizza made (the sole
purpose of going to a place like Blaze). All the workers are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is always clean and fun. And the taste and ability to customize our pizzas is what keeps us returning. Glad to have this option nearby.

This place always gives you burned pizza. They cook it in a fire oven and I have gotten burned pizza several times. When you eat it you end up with burned pizza and a bunch of burned flour on the bottom. Very burned powerdy flour I’m assuming. The cheese pizza is with “extra” cheese. They are so cheap on cheese and toppings. But the quality is terrible. My bread sticks were burned too. After bringing home this pizza I am completely done with this place. Waste of money and horrible quality.

Blaze Pizza was a great surprise to me. I was able to build my own fired pizza choosing a wide variety of sauces and topping. More than I could eat in one sitting.
The building was clean and neat, bathrooms clean and neat.
Everyone working was friendly and focused.
Good pizza, appropriate atmosphere for lunch, clean and neat.

Not really impressed, just overpriced cardboard-style dry food with skimpy toppings that left my bf and I still hungry. We got an 11” pizza and pesto cheesy bread. We always split food and feel full afterwards but this was definitely not enough to feed two grown adults. I wanted green bell peppers and chicken on the pizza and there was literally one pepper/chicken per slice. As thin crust usually does, it tasted burnt and had an unpleasant hardness to it. The cheesy bread was small and didn’t pack enough flavor. There was no cheese pull, no softness, no generous amount of anything, and in general left no reason to go back. Thankfully we had a gift certificate to get the pizza free so we only paid a few bucks for the rest. I’ll stick to Marcos where a large carry out with showered-on toppings is $9. The reason why I gave an additional star for this place is because the green bell peppers tasted extremely fresh and had great crunch. You know, at least all 6 pieces of them that I got. The chicken however tasted like some kind of low quality frozen Tyson meat, so there’s that too.

Best pizza we’ve tried in Eagle- delicious custom pan pizza’s in an open and cozy atmosphere. Very family friendly, we loved eating out here! First time ordering at Blaze I was impressed with the amount of fresh toppings and sauces that they had to choose from. The friendly and polite staff make your pizza right in front of you, and you can see the big oven from checkout which is pretty cool. Very fun to create your own and share with your loved ones. They have really great lemonade, vitamin water, unsweetened tea, milk, etc. if you’re not into soda like me. They have cinnamon bread as a side and a few desserts near checkout register as well. Highly recommend checking out Blaze, they will not disappoint!

I went here with some colleagues from work. We ordered the “Build your own” pizza. We were greeted by Sophie. She was kind, engaging and knowledgeable. We chatted and made small talk as she made our pizza’s. She made the ordering process fun and interactive. This is my second time eating at Blaze Pizza and each time the pizza has been great. Best pizza I have had in a while. Very fresh pizza with a nice relaxed atmosphere.

We paid $37.66 for pizza that arrived inside of a dirty box that had toppings we did not order smeared on the inside of the box. On a large pepperoni and olive pizza, there was no pepperoni on 1 slice and a half of a piece of pepperoni on another slice. There were olives on only 2 slices out of 8 slices and very scarce. We looked on the back side and the pizza was completely charred and burned. The second pizza literally had no cheese on 2 slices out of 8 and no sauce on most of the pizza. Never have we ever had such terrible pizza arrive. We went without dinner tonight. In Meridian, Idaho, how is it possible that this place hasn’t been closed down.
