Blaze Pizza at Houston IAH Airport is a solid airport dining option, especially considering the limited choices in the terminal. Service was friendly, efficient, and impressively quick, exactly what you want when traveling. The pizzas came out hot and fresh, which immediately earns points in an airport setting.

Custom Jalapeño & Chicken Pizza (First Photo)
Visually appealing with a generous drizzle of white sauce and vibrant jalapeños, this pizza had bold flavor. The chicken pieces were plentiful and the red onions added a sharp bite that balanced the creamy drizzle. However, the crust was extremely thin, so thin that the toppings and moisture seemed to overwhelm it. Structurally, it struggled. Each slice required careful handling as the center sagged and the toppings slid. Flavour-wise it delivered, but texturally it leaned messy.

Cheesy Bread with Marinara (Second Photo)
Golden, bubbly, and beautifully blistered on top, the cheesy bread had a satisfying pull and appealing browning. The outer edges showed a nice rise and color, suggesting proper oven heat. The marinara on the side looked bright and fresh. This item held up better structurally than the thin pizza and offered a comforting, indulgent bite. A dependable choice.

Classic Cheese Pizza (Third Photo)
A straightforward cheese pie with an even melt and light golden spotting. The surface showed a glossy sheen from the melted mozzarella and oil separation, typical for a high-heat oven bake. Like the specialty pizza, the crust leaned very thin and somewhat fragile. While the flavor was clean and classic, the base didn’t quite support the cheese, leading to some slice droop and grease pooling toward the center.

Overall
The crust across the board was thinner than ideal, and the moisture from toppings tended to penetrate quickly, making the pizzas a bit messy. That said, for airport dining, Blaze delivers strong value. The ingredients taste fresh, the pizzas are hot, customizable, and made quickly. Considering the price point and limited competition at IAH, it’s a reliable and satisfying option.

Not perfect — but definitely not a bad choice when flying through Houston.

Prescott Local
Horrible customer service from the general staff. Extremely rude & incompetent. The manager was friendly enough but nowhere to be seen for the majority of our experience.
We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 4 drinks. The pizza was a bit of a mess, like it had been loaded into a dirty oven without care, and the oven temp was wrong so the top was under cooked and the bottom over cooked, but the main issue was how rude the staff was. This is the first time I’ve ever pulled my phone out to record the experience. I stood waiting for over 10mins wanting to order additional drinks. The staff actively ignored me. As someone who’s worked BOH and management in restaurants for over 10 years, I was shocked.

I ordered cheese pizza.. it was hot from the Oven . Taste was good but not happy with the lady staff. As one of them doesn’t even understand English and the other lady was not responsive. Over all I enjoyed the pizza .

Unsure of the young God’s name but the care, attention to detail, & LOVE he put in preparing the vegan masterpiece satiated every craving I had been having watching people walk by with their boxes as I waited for a flight home.

He ensured that every bite would be topping filled. He was in a constant flow of artistry if you will. He’s Mastered Multitasking. Holding conversation with customers and friends passing by. Fully present in the present.

Very grateful to him for that as well as the suggestion to build my own. Much appreciation to the Loc’d God.

Keep doing what you doing with attention and care.

You have to get to Terminal A and let him build you a pie.

Solid spot for some pizza inside the IAH. Popular chain and this location is pretty good. It is probably the best bang for your buck inside the airport as the single pizza is more than good enough for one person. Tired the two topping and it was cooked perfectly.

I come here often and usually enjoy the pizza. Unfortunately, today was a very disappointing experience. My pizza was completely burned on the bottom. I politely asked for a remake, but the second one came out burned again. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue.

This has been one of my favorite pizza places, so it’s upsetting to leave this kind of review. However, I don’t think I’ll be coming back if this is the quality and service I can expect.

I would recommend this location and this restaurant. I stopped by this location with my spouse to grab something to eat after we landed in the United States from overseas without eating something. My spouse commented that a friend told her to try this the next time she saw it. Therefore, we stopped here to get our evening meal. There were a lot of people in line waiting for the pizza and apparently they closed at 7:00 p.m. We quickly ordered our pizzas and found that everyone showing up after us in line was told that they were closing and not taking any more orders for pizza. Our pizzas were prepared fairly quickly by what appeared to be a brick oven. We ordered one barbecue chicken and one sausage with pepperoni pizza. This was our first time at this location and we really enjoyed the food, the location and the quick service that we received.

I never leave reviews, but this is the best airport food I’ve had probably ever! Build your own Pizza and the price is right. They’re doing an amazing job. Leave a tip !

The pizza I ordered from this place was not bad in taste at all. It was actually pretty good considering that I bought it at an airport where food is usually expensive and of poor quality. I had a veggie pizza and would order exactly the same again.

When your hungry, want a good meal at a really good price, and you happen to be near Terminal A at IAH, this is the place to go. We had a 2 hour layover. The price for a pizza, with ANYTHING YOU WANT ON IT, was $11.95. A meal for two and delicious.. They do get you for $3.95 each for medium drinks, but it still is worth the stop there.
