My daughter is allergy to dairy and we are so happy we found a pizza store has vegan cheese that she can enjoy eating “cheese pizza”! I order extra sauce but our pizza has very minimal sauce and you can see the plain area on the dough – and that’s the reason we requested extra sauce, unfortunately, I guess instruction aren’t follow. I really don’t mind to pay extra buck for extra sauce cause the pizza is so dry and taste bad without enough sauce.

Horrible burnt pizza and when requested to replace, they said most of their pizzas come out burnt and they would not replace this. This was absolutely inedible 🙁

Was shopping at the mall and kids wanted me to bring pizza. The young men at the counter had no interest to take my order.. I stood there for a good 10 minutes while they talked, laughed and played on their phones and then finally asked what would i like to order. When the order was ready the guy handed a half closed box of pizza which I almost dropped. Came home and found this burnt pizza in the box which my kids couldn’t even it.. DISAPPOINTED

This place has the worst customer service, especially because of the young woman with black hair in her face who works there. The staff really need better training on how to treat customers. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, someone like her should not be working in customer service.
