This place used to be great. Pizza is still good but expecting what you ordered off the app seems too high anymore. This time I have grease peddled on my pizza & waited 30min longer than the app said it would be. At least they were nice this time!

Blaze Pizza in Fishers delivers great food and service, even during the busiest times. Alexa, the manager, did an outstanding job of welcoming us, building a fantastic pizza, and keeping such a positive attitude with every customer. Despite the rush, she and her team go the extra mile to make sure each person gets top-notch service.
And don’t miss the cheese bread—it’s absolutely amazing!

The manager is absolutely amazing and so friendly (whoever the lady is there on Friday evenings). I always enjoy the pizza and service! Even when they’re swamped, they do their best to go above and beyond.

We were treated despicably by staff around 7:45 Saturday night. Look I worked in the food industry for years but I’ve never treated anyone the way that staff treated our family.
I get it ya’ll hate your job but it’s not like we came in an hour before you closed, your open till 11pm so do what your getting paid to do!
I was even trying to be kind asking if the boy who took our order had a rough night (no response) so I kindly encouraged him that his shift was almost over & to power through (again when I was that staffs age I worked similar jobs) he’d be done soon!
Told them our order was for in store and put our pizza in to go boxes, we had to go ask for trays to eat on & getting eye rolls the entire interaction.
Not a clean table in the entire restaurant but staff had time to sit around giving us DEATH stares for 45 min.
In fact another family left after not being acknowledged and we threw out $70 of absolute garbage quality pizza. It’s like they put an entire tray of cheese on our pizza almost to get back at us for ordering. Encourage corporate to review the footage.
As you can see here these 2 gen Z delinquents can speak, just not to paying customers who TIPPED $5 (bc AGAIN I worked these type of jobs & always tip) even to completely rude & ENTITLED staff.

My family and I are regular and we order the bill your own 11 inch pizza takeout. One of them came without any cheese and it is completely like only bacon and like the other one was going completely burn.

Horrible service. The place wasn’t even busy and they couldn’t handle the orders. Nobody behind the counter had any idea what was going on. It took us a long time to get through the line because they completely messed up the peoples order ahead of us(before they even paid). When my pizza came out, the lady didn’t know which was which so she was constantly asking customers if they knew which pizza was theirs.

The artichokes smelled sour and were completely mushy and slimy. I order artichokes on my pizza all the time from here and they are always a light yellow color, never a grayish color. I tried to pick them off, but it left a gross after taste and I couldn’t even eat my pizza.

Hi, I just visited last night. We ordered two pizzas—one for my daughter and one for me. The cheese pizza was okay, but the vegetable pizza was all burnt. The boy looked at us so strangely. Yes, we are strange, but we are customers, and that matters. I asked for another one, and another lady made a new pizza. That one was okay. When I got home, I checked the reviews because I hadn’t before, and I saw the reviews were not good about the employees. I don’t feel good too.

The line was a little long… But that was mostly due to online orders being filled as well. The wait wasn’t terrible.
The pizza is always good but wish they would just add more cheese be default instead of having to ask for enough cheese to cover the pizza.
