We ordered a build your own pizza and they loaded it with toppings! Their pesto cheese bread unfortunately wasn’t available but we did get a regular cheese bread. The cheese bread was really greasy underneath but this was only my 2nd time ordering from a Blaze pizza so maybe that’s normal. The pizza was not greasy at all which was perfect.
I wasn’t a fan of the bonus slice of spicy jalapeño they included but it was only on one slice of the pizza lol
All in all, we will definitely be back!

Our family enjoys Blaze because of the variety of options. Unfortunately, this location last night was a disaster! We ordered four pizzas, two salads and two cinnamon breads for carry out. When my son went to pick up the order, he was there four minutes before our pick up time and the order wasn’t even started yet. When he finally got the order (15 minutes after our pickup time) and was leaving, he was called back by an employee because they forgot to give him one of the salads. He went to leave again and was called back again because they had forgotten to put the chicken on the salad. When my son got to the car, he checked to see if he had all of our items and discovered he was missing one of the pizzas. He had to go back in the store to get the pizza, which had not even been made, and then he had to wait causing the rest of our order to get cold. To make matters worse, when he got home and we took everything out of the bag, we discovered we had not even gotten my salad, therefore I did not have anything to eat. And don’t even get me started about the way the food looked. One of the pizzas was supposed to have pesto “drizzle” and it was definitely not a drizzle. It looked like green cat vomit all over the pizza!
I filled out the survey I was sent after our order, thinking we would be compensated for the missing salad and horrible pizza, at the least. Much to my surprise, the automated apology text I received the next day only gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Nothing like having your dinner for six people ruined, including your food completely missing and then being sent an automated text apology as if it didn’t matter. Do better, Blaze pizza!.
UPDATE (3 weeks later): I just tried to place an order and use the promo code I received for a free pizza and find out it doesn’t even work! They don’t even take responsibility for their mistakes. Sad!

Love stopping here on the way back from Tampa. Deanna’s recommendations are ON POINT, she’s super helpful. Assistant General Manager Erika was very cool, very engaging. It is always clean here, the cooks are really great. Love it.

Fastest lunch ever. Ordered 2 have pizzas. Build my own, $11.25 each, not horrible. Tasted very good, if you ever had Pie Five, it is very comparable…I have been looking for somewhere similar since they closed. Think I found a new regular lunch spot.

Food was delicious although a tiny bit different from the first time I ate there. I guess it depends on who is doing the cooking. All the ingredients were the same, but… it was maybe not cooked as much or something. Overall though, I’d still go back. Its definitely higher in price than say..a Papa John special.. but the quality of the food is much better so I don’t mind paying more.

Most in FLA fail to be anything good. Especially the chains.
I had never been to Blaze before and was wondering how it was going to be.
Savannah was amazing! She listened to my concerns and even got me samples of the sauces. Sauce choice made, toppings added and a few minutes later it was delivered to the table. Surprisingly quick. First bite was fantastic and tasted great. The sauce was perfect and crust was nice and thin.
Then Erica came over and asked how everything was and I told her it far exceeded my expectations.
I will be going back real soon to try some new topping.
I was also told they just added a large size pizza. Yea! More of a fantastic pizza.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and got a pizza with chicken. When I mailed them regarding the same , I didn’t get any response. This happened Nov 7, 2025. Adding proof below. The ingredients stuck on the cover shows what I ordered however the pizza inside didn’t match the description. This is not the first time ,in recent times I have experienced more. It wasn’t this way before.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Never had any issues until lately. I’ve had my pizza burnt twice in the last month. The first time they apologized and remade my pizza. Two weeks ago i brought my family from out of town here for lunch. They wanted to try it since i’ve been saying so many good things about it. We each ordered a build your own pizza. The 2 girls making our pizzas did a fantastic job. They placed them in the oven and went on to make pizzas for other customers. 3 other employees were having a group chat near the oven but at no time did any one of them bother to check on the pizzas. One employee finally came over to the cash register to ring up our order. I mentioned to her that nobody was manning the oven and my pizza had been in there a long time. She tells me “the pizza takes a little while to cook” like i’ve never been there before. Sure enough, when our pizzas were brought to our table, 3 of the 4 pizzas were burnt black on the bottom. The only one that wasn’t burnt was the very last one that went into the oven. We had tickets to the hockey game at the stadium so we didn’t have time for them to fix the issue. We just tried to eat them. I got a text message from Blaze asking for a 2 question review of our experience. I explained what happened cuz i thought somebody would care. That was also a waste of my time. I got a reply “we will try to do better next time”. Thanks! There won’t be a next time for my family. They were not impressed with the burnt pizza at Blaze and even asked me why i like the place so much. After this experience and how little Blaze appears to care, i had to ask myself that same question.

This is a fire grilled pizza restaurant. Everything is made to order. There are so many choices. They also have salads and cheesy bread. Once you are finished designing your own pizza it is put into the oven and brought to your table in minutes.

Can I just say, I am a #1 fan of Blaze pizza. I literally buy gift cards at Christmas for family to Blaze because I love it so much and want them to try it too. But lately our pizza has been burned time and time again. It’s disappointing. I really want to keep coming, but charcoal pizza is not appetizing.
