First timer. Was passing thru the Carolina’s heading south was in the mood for a good hotdog for some reason. I found Blaneys online and they were not far from the interstate. I pull into there parking lot and I am instantly greeted by homeless tapping on my window and harassing customers going in and out the restaurant. I started to just leave but didnt once I saw them pan handlers leaving. I went online and ordered a hotdog, philly cheesesteak with fries , and wings. Figured I try a little of everything. Hotdog was ok it was edible just looked nothing like the pictures and very spicy very stingy with the chili and a million onions. But that wasn’t the worst I ordered a philly cheesesteak with fries,clearly said steak I ordered steak paid for steak get to the car open up my food it’s chicken. No biggie. Go back in they redo my philly which took 10min so my fries that went with the meal was freezing cold by the time I got my food back. Just slack because why would you give someone the wrong sandwich and now cold fries. I hate supporting businesses like this because they will not do right by paying customers. I will say the young lady/cashier/bartender/waitress was very kind and apologetic which I can appreciate.Especially seeing that she was the only person working the front of the house she handled my issue with sandwich mix up very well and professional,great customer service from her.

Stopped here for a lunch break and my coworker got what looks like a roach wing in her fries. We called to let them know, and the first question was, “Could we replace the food for you?” Sir, if we’re calling because the food had insect parts in it, I promise you we do not want more. Blaney’s is usually good, just not this location.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The wings looked like they had been sitting out since lunchtime—definitely not fresh or up to standard. I called and spoke with someone who assured me a manager would be reaching out, but I still haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on food that I wouldn’t serve to anyone, let alone eat myself. This experience was unacceptable and deserves better follow-through. Do not recommend!

My hubby & I were in town for Ft. Jackson Basic Training graduation & we were looking for food places that we don’t have at home. Glad we stumbled across this restaurant. Some of the BEST wings I’ve ever had, they had lots of flavor choices & quite a few that I’ve never tried before. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

On vacation in SC, our aunt had our burgers doordashed…. her treat. The burger itself was cooked perfect and packed with flavor. The toasted roll they used paired nicely with everything. Oh, and the fries… no need for extra fries. 10/10. Mikey approved.
