Food was great at a good price! Nice outdoor seating and dog friendly. Service was great, got to visit with Blake. Be sure to swing by Snow Booger. The deserts were amazing, and they got pup cups!

Blake himself took our order, came to check on us and entertained us with history and trivia! Quick ordering, delicious family recipes, excellent food. Blake’s parents (as well as those of all their friendly and responsive servers) should be PROUD of the manners and respect shown to four senior travelers enjoying their good food. Engaging staff, great service, really fresh food. Our group enjoyed fried catfish, fried and boiled shrimp, gator, oysters, fried pickles, fresh sweet corn (OMGeee!), hush puppies, coleslaw – truly best meal we’ve had on our trip. All served outdoors with lots of fans-we never noticed the heat! And did I mention how charming Blake is? Yep, his infectious happy spirit will absolutely delight you. You love seafood? You need to stop at Blake’s! He also has fresh, in season, vegetables for purchase. Early June harvest of watermelon, tomatoes, purple hull peas ….

Blake’s had been recommended to us twice, during our stay at the Golden Moon casino. We finally got to go. My husband ordered fried catfish and shrimp, with hush puppies, fries, and onion rings. I have been under the weather, so I only ordered a red potato, a small ear of corn, and a small order of baked beans. I’ve never had catfish, but I sampled his catfish and ate the whole piece. Delicious. Everything was fantastic. Blake came to our table and made sure we were happy and was so friendly. Besides the catfish, Karlee was the star of the show. She is very genuine, helpful, and such an angel. What a gem. ❤️ If we ever come back to this area, we’ll eat here often. Highly recommend.

The food and service was good. The food is cooked to order and served hot to your table. I had thefried alligator and fried catfish. The atmosphere gives you the greatest experience. The set up of the location is unique in a very good way. We talked to the owner. Great conversation and added to the experience. We learned about the history of the business and the town. It also led to a venture out to the Neshoba County Fair site which was amazing. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Me and my husband just visited on our 4 yr marriage anniversary all the way from Foley, Alabama and I must say the food was delicious! Came out quickly hardly no wait time. I was looking for a 10 star rating but 5 is the limit but for any other tourists that come this way, this is definitely a spot you would like to try!

A few years ago I tried their crawfish & blistered my lips face, and took days to heal. I gave them a second chance when I noticed they added Bloomin Onions to menu. I’m so glad I did, it was incredible.

Love the laid-back atmosphere and outside seating. The food was pretty good but could have been seasoned more. Excellent service, though, and we got a lot of food for the price on the chicken plate, so I loved that.
