After 35 minutes, instead of addressing why our order was skipped, we were asked if we wanted a refund instead of just making our food. Then the manager told me to quit arguing (when the employee was doing the arguing) and to quit being rude. Will NEVER return here!

The crew work New Year’s eve this morning didn’t seem to care.
The crew didn’t notify us that the fryer was down so we didn’t get the French fries we ordered, the burger was cold, the Breakfast burritos were missing the chilis and missing the side of Chili sauce we asked for as well. The hash browns didn’t taste good either.
This is not normal for this location and management needs to be aware of the Service and Food being served here.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you can fix these issues and hope more customers don’t get the same food and service we received or you will see less business in this economic climate. Restaurants like these need to thrive and bad service and food will only make it worse.

There is not a lot of choices while traveling.
But still should be better, Place is dirty.
Had to clean a table to order. Floor trashed. Took 10 mins in line to order. Then took another 20 mins to get food. Shake was good tho. Soda was not correct and had no ice in machines.
We finally got food 20 mins latter. And it was horrid.
Seasoned fry’s were cold and stale.
Ordered onion rings and they just didn’t have them. Didn’t say a word. Had to go ask. Then said we don’t have them.

I’ve been in life-long fan of Blake’s. It’s disappointing to have a new facility in Las Vegas yet the worst service, likely, in the whole state. As a repeat costumer, the last three experiences have progressively gotten worse. Until I hear something positive around improvements, yesterday will be my last meal at this specific Blake’s. As i waited, and waited, and waited, I witnessed missed orders, walk outside, incorrect orders and finally the manager telling others they weren’t accepting any further orders because they were “slammed”. Slammed at 1130am only because of messed up orders and horrible customer service. An elderly couple, who ordered before me, finally walked out after 45 mins of not getting their food. Previous visit i witnessed overflowing trash bins, not one clean table, and filthy restrooms. I’m really disappointed with this Blake’s but look forward to my next Lottaburger at other locations.

The burger I consumed was great, but the dining area was disgusting. I had to clean the table and where I sat before enjoying my meal. The potato pieces that come with the meal are amazing. I genuinely enjoyed them very much. They were very soft, hot (not burning), and very flavorful. My New Mexico Style burger meat was extremely tender and had a great temperature to it, as well. The green chile pieces added flavor and spice that were enjoyable.

Super disappointed in this experience! First timer, driving through and needed nourishment. Blake’s had the highest ratings of all the fast food options in the area, and I never been there and was interested in trying it. I think I had our old fries. The burger was fair. But the booby trapped drink where the lid didn’t stay on and I went to grab it out of my center console lost the grip and spilled it all over my steering wheel, dashboard and floor in my car. Thanks for the sticky mess! I don’t travel through Las Vegas, New Mexico but once every few years, this is going to stick in my head.

I went through drive thru to take my order, normal stuff. The lady said “welcome to Blake’s I’ll be right with you” and I said okay. I waited for over 2 minutes for her to come back to me and when I said “hello?” She acted as if she forgot I was there waiting. After she took my order and I paid, she handed me a bag with only one burrito and i ordered two. So I told her this is ridiculous I’m not paying $14 for one burrito so they fixed it. I got home to the burritos not being what I asked. I just got to eating mine now because I was busy. I take a bite of the middle and it’s nothing but eggshell. It’s so weird how people get paid to work and make your order right and they do this. I just wanted a breakfast burrito and I didn’t get to enjoy it. Absolutely disgusting. In the photo you can see the eggshells on my fingers
