Holy pallie
A female employee corrected my drink error. She was nice for hearing me out. However, an indigenous (non-Caucasian) male in a red apron took my order, while I asked for a plain meal. Also, a Caucasian (possibly, non-indigenous) man wore a red shirt, so I am guessing he was the manager for the night. Unfortunately, there was sauce on my food. I asked for a plain meal and was ignored. Is being ignored due to a non-ignorant error a common event with staff? There was music playing and the harmony might have been a distraction. Who knows?

Their automation system creates slow service. Waiting 35 to 40 minutes, that is BS. They focus on online orders while no one takes the order up front, bad management. Blake service ridiculous sucks. I recommend ordering from Chick-fil-A if your on this side of town.

Wash your hands lattrell. Stop touching the food learn how to work and smile it doesn’t hurt to say good morning to customers. And to the supervisor of this crew pay attention. This is awful service to an elderly man who has a pace maker for his heart. Who can’t afford to get sick because of your irresponsible decisions. Stop sweeping trash and then touching food without washing your hands and not using gloves You dirty workers should not be serving food. Go home and stay there.

Every time we’ve gone through to order a breakfast burrito the past month they have burritos sizes have shrunk very very small. I’m not paying that much for a small burrito if they’re going to Cut the portions on the burritos that they need to cut their piercings ridiculous

I am not impressed. For almost 16 dollars I thought I was gonna be blown away. The burger was flavorless. It was a little bigger then In and Out and just as flavorless. The seasoned fries were good and it was a good sized portion. The sweet tea was AWFUL. WORSE THEN BAD. The Dr pepper was flat.
The cashier was super nice and super friendly. She was who recommended the double meat hatch Chile burger. Amazing how not even the Chile’s had flavor. I am thoroughly disappointed because I have gout and can only eat burgers once every other month… I wasted my burger on this

I love Blake’s and it’s a New Mexico institution. This location is one of the busiest in the Farmington area and one of the few locally that has a drive-thru window. On this trip I had the lotaburger combo with green chili and bacon and seasoned fries. I highly recommend trying the seasonal milkshakes. This Christmas season they’re running a biscochito milkshake! I also endorse their onion rings. This location has a more modern design to the dining room than the older buildings.

I love coming to this place when I’m back in NM however I’m highly disappointed. What happened to the size of everything. They should rename everything loto mini and that’s a mini Also we got back to our room and the burgers were pretty much raw. Just the outsides were slightly cooked. My son also order a jumbo hotdog with mustard and ketchup. All he got was a plain hotdog. I tried calling but no one answered. Also they only had 3 People working. So maybe that was the problem.

The automated system sucks. Everytime I call to place an order it messes it up. And then when I call to see about getting it corrected , the automated system tries to patch you through and just hangs up. So I cant even get my order corrected and noone can even eat the burritos because extravgreen chili was put on, instead of green chili in the side. Pointless to even try to order from them any more.
