We ordered delivery tonight and our estimated delivery time was 75 minutes, which was fine. An employee called to let us know that there was a mix up with our calzone and they were making a fresh one. He offered us a free 2 liter for the delay. We really appreciated that! The delivery driver did forget the 2 liter, which my husband was bummed about on top of the late delivery, but to our surprise they gave us a free calzone! Thank you for that! The food was delicious and let the driver know we are sorry about the bummed attitude at delivery. Thank you for the great service!

I’ve been here several times and ordered pizza and wings. I have to say for a quick meal that feeds several people for an affordable price, this place is choice. I enjoy their deep dish pepperoni and jalapeno. Each time the pizza has been consistently good and fresh. And my daughter loves their boneless wings and the pepperoni bacon hand tossed pizza. This is our go to for great, affordable pizza!

We have had ordered many times from this store as we enjoy Blackjack Pizza. Prior to tonight’s order we have had items missing and the delivery drivers would say that they will return with the forgotten items which they never returned. Tonight on the other hand we had a delivery driver Emma who had forgotten an item and said she would return; without fail she returned in 30 min. Don’t really care on how long it took to receive the item, what we cared about is she kept her word. She returned!! Customer service and keeping your word is paramount in the success of any business. We are appreciative that she kept her word and hope to have her as our delivery driver again. Emma deserves 10 stars

I paid $21 for a large pepperoni pizza with 14 pepperonis on it. I was not happy when I got home. I tried their pizza again after many years and was very disappointed.

Great location very clean very nice staff. Highly recommend this pizza spot. I especially enjoy it because it’s a Colorado company, that gives back to the local community. They don’t see a bunch of pizzas today to the Falcon Middle School. Blackjack rocks!

Absolute trash service. Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. I call an hour and a half later (30 minutes past when the food is supposed to be delivered) just for them so say “sorry we forgot to tell you we canceled your order”

Arrived 15mins after food notification was ready. When we arrived one guy told me ten more minutes. I came back after ten and they said they were still waiting on the calzone (my order was two calzones, gluten free pizza and breadsticks) to which someone else came up asking what my order was…he spent some time and didnt seem to know what I was talking about ans said yeah it’ll be out soon. 30 more mins went by of the workers banging around and making Epstein jokes. I watched them set all sorts of orders down but no one said a word till a girl came up and finally found them set down and forgotten about. I love the food here but the atmosphere was so noisy I had to yell and waiting too long in a noisy lobby, least the food was fresh and tasted well.
