I call the store, immediately ask for a manager, and asked for a number to text these pictures. He fights me at first because I’m direct about the situation, and the only way I can best explain this is to send a picture. Two phone numbers and a “no I won’t text you” because the first won’t work.
The manager “Stretch” tells me “it looks like you ate them” and refused to refund/send something out.
I call the other store 15 minutes the other way and send that manager the images, first words “Wow” and now it’s being escalated; with an unknown because it’s a Saturday.
Now, I’m sitting here with $33 of shredded chicken because there is no one above “Stretch” available to fix this issue, and we know cross store complaints aren’t immediate.
But wait… then I look at my camera… oh… food was crushed.
Over a decade in food service, including delivering Pizza – I tip well – I order at least once a month… but this is how I’m treated the first time I ever call with an issue; blamed like it was my fault.
Thanks Blackjack Pizza for ruining my Saturday night.

My mom just ordered pizza from here. Initially when she called the guy that took her order was awesome and had great customer service, not sure what his name was but she had the call on speaker so I heard the interaction. Food delivery was quick and easy. We did have a few errors with our order though, 1) we were missing our ice cream order, 2) we ordered garlic parm flavor for wings which isn’t on the menu or something along those lines but the guy told her he’d make sure they were garlic parm, we ended up receiving buffalo type wings 3) asked for a garlic butter and didn’t receive it.
All minor things, and when she called back to let them know, the person didn’t argue or anything and they sent someone back out to with the missing/corrected items. When the car pulled up, I saw it out the window and my mom went to the door. The driver was already walking back to his car by the time she opened it, so he didn’t even knock (which if I hadn’t seen his car we would have not known the food was outside). My mom still called out ‘thank you’ to the guy and he completely ignored her and took off. I do think he may have been a different delivery person than the first guy, but not 100% on that.
We are grateful that the errors were rectified quickly and without any dispute, but just wasn’t sure why the second delivery guy seemed to have an issue or whatever the case was. We spent almost $70 and tipped the first driver more than fairly. We totally get stuff happens and my mom wasn’t like a Karen or anything when she called about it too.
All in all food was good and customer service was great other than the final interaction.

Seen papa murph I was like nah. Seen papa jons, meh. Looked at Blackjack Pizza and gave it a try. They have some pretty good deals. Evan took care of my order. Customer service,knowledgeable, and I left feeling good knowing my order was straight. I know it’s pizza, but overall the food was bussin. Bomb salad, too. Yall did ya’lls thang

I spent $40 on a pizza. I ordered a XL with chicken onion pineapple x-BBQ sauce. after an hour I got a pineapple and cheese with no sauce pizza. was told a replacement would take 2+ hours asked for a refund and was told it was too busy to do that. asked for corp phone but no one had it. I paid $40 for a pineapple and cheese pizza with no saice… looking for another place to get pizza now

I ordered through door dash and wanted two pizzas , cazone and cheezy bread sticks we received one pizza and the calzoneI tried to call for refund or new pizza and cheesy bread sticks sent out. was quoted 20 minutes for an order that took almost an hour to complete. Upon arriving to this establishment to pick up the food (after the 20 minute mark) I was told it would be another 15 minute. I walked back in after 16 minutes, and was told they burnt a pizza and would have to re make it. An employee told me that she would talk to a manager… the manager came out, look at me and said “they burned a pizza, so it will be 6 more minutes, cool?”
NO… NOT COOL…

I stopped in because it has been ages since I had blackjack Pizza. The food was great, they did not skimp on ingredients. The staff was friendly and food prepared fast. Very affordable. This was an all around good experience.

Come on, guys. I’ve been a long time customer for years, and lately it’s just not worth the wait anymore. I ordered one large pizza this evening and it took over 1 1/2 hours to get to me. I called after 1 hour, and the guy that answered the phone asked for my name, and when I told him he sounded like my order was forgotten. He stumbled over his words and finally got out, “uuh, uuh, it’ll be there in 15 minutes, the driver is on the road.”
Did management change? Blackjack used to be on point!
Just for reference – I ordered at 4:35pm. It’s 6:07pm and my pizza has yet to arrive.
