Just delivered this pizza to me with toppings all slid to one side and grease or wing sauce all over the boxes dripping everywhere and the wings taste freezer burnt. Usually better than this. Very disappointing.

I was exhausted this evening after loading my car and moving things to our new home and we wanted Pizza. Black Jacks at times can be a hit or a miss but most of the time it’s tasty and tonight it was hot, fresh, and done just right!!! Their supreme pizza is yummy and my daughter loves the cheese pizzza!! Very nice employees as well ❤️❤️. They need help so if anyone is looking for a job their hiring.

Well made pizza, good prices with a cash payment discount if you pick up. The sell the best brand of garlic butter out there, if you’re hip to that kind of thing. The ranch and blue cheese are made in house and taste perfect. The buffalo chicken pizza is great. Try that one out.

On Thursday August 3rd. I called and placed an order for 2 salads. After placing my order I informed the gentleman that I would like to pay with my debit like several times before he informed me that the credit card machine was down and that he was only taking cash. Is it when I call Early in order there’s always something wrong with the credit card machine when he’s working. My phone dropped the call I called right back no answer I had to call back maybe about two times before he picked the phone up he told me that the only way I can order is if I was paying cash. I was placed on hold in a manager by the name of Fred came to the phone he was very rude and unconcerned about not accepting credit card payments His response was well it’s an old. I asked him how does that help me and he could not answer my question and informed me that he could not answer my question. He then abruptly ended the conversation by saying I’ll just fix the machine and quickly place me on hold he came back to the line a few minutes later and said the machine is fixed and he was happy to take my order I explained to him that I do not feel comfortable placing an order with him because of the condescending way he was speaking to me. I then asked him if I could speak to the owner or his boss that’s when he told me that he is the boss and that there is no other person to speak with and that he’s sorry that I didn’t like my experience he was speaking over me the whole entire time I kept asking him for a corporate number or his boss name and number then he hung up in my face. I have been placing orders with this restaurant for over 7 years and I have never had anyone speak to me in the manner that he spoke to me I will never order another thing from this blackjacks pizza again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the pizza! This location specifically is consistent and the employees are great. I use their app and do pick up. I’d give the app 4/5 stars because it’s a little difficult to use. However, I get points each time that add up to free pizza.
