Ok yall – I’ve lived in Glen Ellyn for 5 years and every time I stopped in here on the weekend it was crowded and I was confused if this was take out only so I panicked and left. SO I came here on a weekday morning to try it out and let me tell you – everything is SO GOOD.
So first, there are baked goods, give those a look as you walk in. Then there are deli sides in a display if you want those. Grab a menu near the deli sides and see if you want breakfast or a sandwich then even if you are dining in, place your order at the front with the cashier. You’ll get a number and can grab a table. There are 2 back rooms full of tables so the restaurant is much larger than just the front ordering space lets on.
Drinks: The seasonal drinks are really good – I had a pumpkin spice/similar latte and it was very well balanced and also the cup was very generous for a medium size. The seasonal matcha was also very good.
Desserts: The cinnamon rolls are very good warmed up and the sugar cookies were great too.
Food: I only tried the avocado toast and it was made well but the avocado did taste a little old but might be because it was a Tuesday. I’d give it another try to see if it was just a fluke.
Overall this is a really nice breakfast/lunch spot and good place to work from if you like that vibe! There is a decent amount of seating you just have to walk back. All the workers were very friendly too.

Taken I came in the early hours (7 am) and in the middle of a continuing snow storm, I had a pleasant time. During my time, it was not loud and the music suited the atmosphere (and it was great for studying 🙂 ).
I ordered a small black Americano and it was very good – not diluted, and you could actually taste the coffee. There is plenty of seating and it was not very busy in the corner I sat in; however, that can be debatable because I came during a snowstorm, so many people might not have stayed around. I look forward to coming back 😀

I was extremely disappointed… I had so many people recommend Blackberry Market to me and it was subpar at best.. I ordered an iced latte, received a hot, they went to make it iced and came back with another hot latte, I took it due to being in a rush. The flavor of the latte did not taste like what I had ordered…
I also ordered a tuscan turkey sandwich to go. When I finally opened it to eat, there was a plastic bread tag on my sandwich (see picture).
The ambiance seemed nice inside but the staff were busier talking amongst each other, behind the counter, than with the customers. I can’t help but wonder if that’s how my order got so messed up.
Will try to go back and give it another try.. but for the prices you are paying, I would expect better quality drinks, food, and customer service.

There is much to like about Blackberry Market, not just the quality of their food. The ambiance is great for conversations or working on your computer. There is no rush to get you out, but the tables open up regularly, so even on a busy Saturday morning, we had a table without waiting. Now, with the nice weather, there is also great outdoor seating.
Blueberry muffins, coffee, sandwiches, chicken salad, cookies, and cinnamon rolls are just a small part of the menu. So far, I have not had a bad selection. Try new things every time you go in, and you will not be disappointed.
Eat in, take food to go, order special meals when they are available, and make this your first thought when you need something special. Treat yourself today.

Such a cute cozy spot. They offer lots of GF and V options which is great! Came here for lunch yesterday at 11:30 and the place was packed so be sure to plan ahead.

It was our first experience at this coffee shop, and it was really disappointing. It took 20 minutes to bring out two coffees, and they were completely cold. That was weird, especially since there weren’t many customers.

This is such a cute place! Lots of outdoor seating. We got $1 iced tea on Thursday for a special. I was so impressed with the ample portion size for my Greek salad. We also loved the caprese sandwich and blackberry scones. I would definitely recommend for lunch for a healthy, filling meal! The staff was super friendly as well!

Cute spot! I got a special blueberry basil matcha with oat milk that was a little bit too sweet and a Gluten Free/Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf but I haven’t tried that yet. There were a number of patio seats which are always great.
Didn’t try but there were vegan items like blackberry kale salad and Gluten Free/Vegan Rosemary Almond Crackers that looked good!

Met up for a brunch with a friend and had a great time catching up. I will admit walking up to the door, it looked small but looks where deceiving, there are so many places to sit and areas to check out the food. The weather was nice, so we were able to sit in the outside section which was furnished with comfortable seats and beautiful garden area. I normally don’t order oatmeal, but something said give theirs a try and I was so glad I did. My coffee drink was spot on and I loved the chart they had on the wall to show you what was in the different drink, it helps those of us who are not as used to the various options. Many options for breakfast and lunch and everything looked homemade. I would stop by if you are in the Glen Ellyn area. Finally, the staff was very helpful and kept everything very clean.

This is a busy spot with limited seating but worth the wait. The food is great! We had the Chicken Avocado club, the kids grilled cheese and the kids ham and cheese. Service was quick! There were several tables where people were camped out on laptops and other projects (one person at 4 person tables) which limited our seating availability on a busy Saturday lunch. A staff member was also taking a break on a 4 person table too so this is my only complaint. Overall a good experience though.
