Our pizza is made entirely from scratch, using the spent grains from our brewing process blended with two Italian flours for depth, texture, and flavor. I’m a huge fan of The Man in Black and craft beer, so I had to go! The beer was great and the pizza was excellent! The wings? So good I forgot to take pictures lol. Absolutely delicious. Friendly and attentive service. The place was busy but the waitress didn’t miss a thing. Not too loud to talk even though full. Love the mural and decor!

Well..I loved everything about this place anyways…food, service, atmosphere. The service really stood out; people were so friendly; and beer was great!
I was only in town for 14 hours. It was the first place we visited and we liked it so much we ended the visit with it. Unfortunately at that point, I left my purse there! And I was flying home out of country the next am.
Long story short..the staff were amazing at getting my purse shipped back to me.
Thank you so much for the great times, food, hospitality and extra effort for me. You guys rock!!!

So many good things to say about BSB. The food is always amazing and the staff makes you feel like family. If you are reading this – it’s your sign to stop by and enjoy all this place has to offer. Pizza is always consistently bomb and great quality. Unfortunately the dasher didn’t call and my original order was stolen. When I replaced the order, Max called to confirm it wasn’t a mistake. When the new order arrived I realized they actually gave me a large. I’ve been sick all week and the original issue had nothing to do with Black Shirt but they legit made my day. Great food as always but to know their employees are equally fab makes me want to support this place even more. Highly recommend the Motley and War Pig.

Great pizza! A couple of the beers (especially the red) are nice too. Have dined in but usually prefer takeout. Main downside is the price – although the pizza is close to something like gourmet (is it possible to have gourmet takeout pizza?), it cost almost $100 to have two large pizzas delivered. Still very worth it on occasion.
