Where do I begin. I cannot fathom how bitter the owner seems. She seems she is very selective about who she is kinder with when it comes to her customers. Some customers she laughs and talks and interacts with, while the rest she has a look on her face like she has eaten something rotten and gives an attitude like its an inconvenience to her. I have personally observed this while sitting in her restaurant. Upon sitting and leaving her restaurant, and a lot of the locals I am very good friends with who I talk with on a daily basis, I have heard a lot of bitterness when it comes to the other shops down the strip. Not just one, all of them. Especially when it comes to new businesses. That is very immature and childish behavior coming from a business owner. I do not know what is the reason for it, and it is not my business to know, however I DO NOT want to be in an environment, or bring my family where the owner is bitter towards the other businesses around who are just trying to run a business, just like her. As a business owner, you need to keep things professional, and the owner is far from and as a business owner myself for over 30 years, I have never seen more immature, unprofessional behavior. Now the other girls who work there as well are wonderful and its a shame they have to work for someone who is bitter and unprofessional.
Let’s get down to the food. I have never tasted more unseasoned food in my life. My first time I ordered chicken strips and fries. The fries were cold when I received them and not only were they very, very bland, but also tasted old. The chicken was overcooked, dry and unseasoned. After eating there the first time, I went home with stomach pains and by the end of the night I spent more time on my toilet than sleeping. I had thought she was having an off day, and gave her another chance. Came in another time and she still was kinda unpleasant. I had ordered something different this time, I believe it was a salad. I had thought I was safe and upon one bite, I spit it out. The greens were slimy and wilted and the dressing tasted spoiled. Thankfully I had spit it out before I spent another night in my bathroom. I was not planning on eating there again but one day while working, a friend of mine had bought me lunch as a surprise. When I received it and told where it was from, I was nervous but It smelled very good and I had hopes that this one was the winner. BIG MISTAKE! While everything tasted the same; bland, unseasoned, overcooked, and with some ketchup, was able to finish it. Within 3 hours I was sent home from work from vomiting all over my work place and I was forced to call out of work and I was down for 3 days vomiting and massive intestinal distress. I have even talked to other locals who have shared the same experience as mine.
I cannot understand how this place is still open or shut down or even having positive reviews and it is very unfortunate I am having to leave this review since I am a huge supporter of small businesses but I will never return.
