Ive never been here before but decided on a friday to go for a date night. First thing was that it wasn’t too busy at all. We were seated right away, and our waitress greeted us and took our drink orders and then our appetizer order. We started with artichoke and spinach dip which was pretty good. I got a 9oz steak with chicken tortilla soup and mac and cheese. My girlfriend got ribs and steak with a salad and baked potato. The soup tasted like store bought nachos cheese and chips really bad, the Mac and cheese tasted like frozen food so I was very unimpressed and disappointed. The steak was decent. But server barely checked on us at all maybe once every 30 min or so, which was surprising because it was not busy, she seemed young and inexperienced……we did not get any refills on our drinks and she forgot the ribs with our meal, we had to take them to go. I used a gift card for this meal, and I still feel like I wasted money and my time…. I won’t be back its just not worth it for mediocre food with horrible service.

Brussel sprouts and Steak/Lobster deal were great. I’m not personally one to enjoy cooking yourself, but doing so on their stone slab was a fun and unique experience! Prices/combos were solid. I really liked the complimentary salad too. Would like to try the drinks next time

I hope to this place for my birthday dinner every year now that my fiance took me here for the first time. I love this place, the food, and the polite staff. Such a cool experience to cook your steak at your table and the meat has always been top notch. Will definitely go back every year they are here!

Traveling for work; BlackRock was the closest restaurant I could walk to from my hotel. I was blown away by the service and food. I did not attempt grilling my own steak on a volcano rock (which sounds pretty cool if I was in the mood).
I went with what might be the best chopped wedge salad I have EVER had. Plenty of fresh salad toppings- NO need for any dressing. And the fried onions were hot on arrival.
They were out of baked potatoes so they loaded me a plate of mashed potatoes with all the toppings. I tried their lavender margarita!!!
A surprisingly refreshing combo. My bartender, Tony, was sooo attentive and patient with my questions and ordering.
Service and food were far beyond what I expected. I will definitely be back.

If a 0 star review were possible, I would give it. I have been to this location several times previously and it has always been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, today was the exact opposite. We had a group of 7 with reservations at 6:15. We were seated right away, waited 30+ minutes to get drinks and another 30 to get our food order taken. It was busy and we were understanding of that. This does not discredit the fact that the table next to us, that was seated 20 minutes after us, received their food well before us (their party size was equivalent to ours). In addition, the two tables alongside us, with a party 2x the size of ours that were seated 45+ minutes after us, got their food at the same time as us. Not to mention, our whole party had to go to the bar in order to get refills on drinks the whole time we were there. All in all, we were there for over 3 hours. Our waitress took no accountability and blamed it on “prepping of the food” that was taking so long and “new management.” The new management in question was even more horrible to deal with. We received our food and 75% of it was cold. The stones that we were supposed to cook our food on were barely still hot which in turn, made it difficult to cook our steaks, tuna, etc. Needless to say, with this “new management,” we will not be back and are very disappointed with the service, food, and outcome of the managements response to our concerns.

Came in yesterday, around 3pm. Place was empty maybe 3 tables. Service was okay. We orders the dip so salty.. oily and just not appetizing. I ordered the steak sandwich tasted literally like a steak um from the freezer. My son got shrimp Alfredo.. $24 for oily so oily and not even seasoned shrimp. My husband got the Buffalo sandwich it was the only decent and edible thing. We use to love this place.. what happened to food quality and decent service. You want me to pay 100$ for one star food. We will never be back.

I ordered a sirloin steak and it clearly wasn’t sirloin. I ate here before and the meat was better. We asked the chef to cook the steaks medium well. One came out well done and the other was bloody. We should have cooked it ourselves. Our dessert was small from what we were use to. My experience this time around was disappointing. However, the chicken tortilla soup was good.

The food here was really solid, but the standout was the service from Lilly—she was phenomenal! The pretzel bites with the cheese dips were tasty and perfectly soft, the fries were nicely seasoned, and the mac & cheese hit the spot. The steak, especially with the garlic butter sauce, was delicious, though it can get a bit messy while cooking, so I’d recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting a little sauce on. What really made the visit memorable, though, was Lilly—friendly, attentive, and professional, she made the whole experience enjoyable. Honestly, I’d come back just to have her as my server again. Combined with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is definitely a spot worth visiting!

Marjan was so good. He was such a good host. He gave us such great service even after the bar was closed. The service is absolutely absolutely fantastic. You should ask for Mia next time as a service. We had asked for a steak and she presented on the black rock with an absolutely fantastic presentation. We’re so used to go at restaurants in New York and we got such a fantastic experience. I highly recommend. They stayed one hour extra after their closing time and gave use a great experience
