This is a great date spot that could be a cozy night. The desserts were great and the espresso martini was delicious. The old fashioned was watery and left a lot to be desired, I wish they had one large cube vs normal ice. We only got desserts and cocktails. The entrees looked good although I’m not sure I’ll be back but it’s worth checking out!

The vibes are incredible and the cocktails are wonderful. I rarely drink, but I made an exception for the bread pudding old fashioned and was glad I did because I loved it. The food, however, is outrageously overpriced. I was expecting an extraordinary catfish sandwich, but it was just average. I am willing to give the other menu items a chance, but I think this is a better destination for drinks than food.

It is a bar that has fluffy couches and loungers, very few tables, and one room that’s reservable.
We found out about that because we were sitting in a reserved area and told to leave.
Luckily we found a spot in the unreserved side of the bar. Be careful!
Others had the sliders and liked them. The menu looked okay, it was expensive.
Not many in our group like the bar drink prices.

I’ve been to this place twice as I live in another state. Both times had an excellent experience. The server took me on a tour of the speakeasy when I went during slow times, the chef came to my table to speak to me, and the food was incredible. The pork chop with apple dauphinois was probably my favorite dish but they have since removed it from the menu

Started the evening initially being sat quite literally right in front of the jazz band. It was so loud so I asked to move tables. Got seated next to the bathroom.
The Valentines menu was not cohesive at all and didn’t seem curated or planned out. It had Mahi Mahi, a pasta dish, fajitas and then something else. It was weird. The charcuterie board for two had about 5 pieces of meat and cheese cubes on it and was $26! The meat was dry and bland and so was the bread. The Caesar salad had no flavor.

The atmosphere is super cool. Dark, red, and chill! The enter through a bookcase for that genuine speakeasy experience.
It’s a pretty small place, at least the speakeasy side of the business but it’s big enough. Plenty of seating and even a decent amount around the bar.

I was excited to try Black Rabbit and loved the atmosphere when entering. The website advertised a Ladies Night with drink specials but we were told they “weren’t really specials just discounted if you used well drinks.” No discount. The bartender lost our order so it was delayed while they were resubmitted. When we asked about food, we were told they were out of many things. We finished our drinks and went elsewhere!

There was nothing “speakeasy” about our experience in the dining room; We sat in the dining room, the lights were bright, no hidden entrance. The back bar area was red, dark and looked more of the speakeasy vibe. The service was slow but fine/server was polite and apologetic for the speed. The food was pretty good. The cheese board was great as were the cocktails! I think I was underwhelmed because of the expectations I had. I thought it would be a fun experience and yes, the rabbit decor was whimsical, but there was no hidden entrance to anywhere that we saw. Some guests were dressed in 20s attire which made of fun. I’m glad we tried it.

Food was below average, ordered the pimento bites which were basically cheese crackers. Then the pot roast was like out of a can.wife ordered salmon and she said it was nothing to rave abou. Cocktails were good but over priced. Ambience is worth going but they need to kick up thier service and food.

One of the coolest places in town. If it’s not reserved for a private event, go around the side, find the secret entrance, and enjoy the speakeasy.
And if you’re looking for a cool event space, any room in Black Rabbit would be amazing, but The Burrow is my favorite.
Great food. Great drinks. Great staff. Great atmosphere. And great portions! Where the menu says large plates, they mean it literally! So so good.
