Right away, the service felt unengaged and indifferent, with a noticeable “who cares” attitude. While the people at the bar were polite, it became clear that unless you are a local regular, the level of attention and service is inconsistent. I observed certain guests receiving significantly more attention than others, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
The food was the biggest letdown. It was greasy, poorly presented, and severely lacking in seasoning. There was no balance, no care, and no sense of passion behind the dishes—it felt rushed and thrown together. I ended up eating less than 20% of my meal because it simply wasn’t enjoyable. Honestly, a fast-food option would have been more satisfying.
The bartender appeared overwhelmed despite there being plenty of staff on shift, suggesting a lack of organization or leadership. The absence of visible management was noticeable. Had a manager been present, the issues with service flow, staff behavior, and overall standards would have been obvious and could have been addressed. Additionally, the kitchen staff frequently walking out, socializing, and not appearing focused raised concerns about professionalism and may have contributed to the poor food quality.
Overall, this was a very underwhelming experience. The restaurant has potential, but it clearly needs stronger management, better staff accountability, and a renewed focus on food quality and customer service. As it stands, this is not a place I would recommend.
The service overall was terrible. Our server herself was actually kind and attentive, but you could tell she was overwhelmed because there was just too much going on. The real issue was the bar. There were two male bartenders, and the service at the bar was awful. They walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us, and we had to literally call them over every single time just to order a drink or get a refill. They never checked to see if we needed anything.
The food didn’t help the experience either. The nachos were dry with zero flavor. The Reuben had huge chopped turkey pieces with no seasoning at all. The onion rings were overcooked and dry. The only thing that was okay were the sweet potato fries, and even those had clumps of brown sugar instead of a proper coating. We also asked for all flats on our wings, and that wasn’t done correctly, so we had to wait again for them to fix it.
Overall, this place needs major improvement cleanliness, service, and food quality. I definitely won’t be returning.
