Nice restaurant in Riverdale with extensive menu of steak and seafood with a great variety of appetizers. Strong bar too with great selection of cocktails and drinks. This was my second time eating here. Service and ambiance top notch and food very good. One warning is it can be expensive and add up quickly but there are decently priced cost-mitigating items too.

We had a group of 80 in the basement private party room. The decor was sparse but typical for an event room.
They had about 6 people serving our group & it was about 30 minutes to get everyone served, so many were just getting food while others were finishing.
It’s always a challenge to get everyone hot food, and a steak that tastes great. They had to cook in bulk and batch steaks in large batches. The filet steak was nothing special. Probably due to the large volume being served.
I ordered the beet salad which was very good! Unfortunately that was the highlight of my meal.
It would be worthwhile to experience their food & service upstairs in their main dining area.

The hostess, bartender, and waiter were all very nice and patient with us, even though they were extremely busy taking care of other tables. We did wait a long time to have our order taken while seated, but that’s expected during the holidays at any restaurant. It was well worth the wait. The drinks and steak were perfectly executed. My parents come here often and absolutely love it.

The Filet Mignon was flawlessly cooked (a perfect medium-rare) and melted in my mouth, while the accompanying grilled shrimp were large, plump, and perfectly seasoned. It was a masterful combination that truly delivered on the “steak and seafood” promise.
To cap off the meal, the Apple Strudel was warm, flaky, and beautifully spiced—a comforting and classic dessert. Paired with a robust Cappuccino, it was the ideal finish.
If you are celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a luxurious, unforgettable meal, Black Bull is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

This was the first time my husband and I tried this restaurant. WOWW what an amazing experience. From the moment you pulled up for the valet parking, to the welcoming experience inside everything was great. Leo was our waiter and he was extremely attentive and thorough. The food was delicious!! We will definitely be returning for another great meal.

Elegant and delicious. I’ve hit up a bunch of steak houses and I had no idea this was here… its a local gem. The old fashioned was terrific, the steak amazing. Not my best pictures but I’m adding them anyway. If you stop in you need to try the tiramisu. If you haven’t been here and are looking for a fantastic steak, look no further.
