I can only describe Bowman’s BK as one of the best drive-ins I have been to in a very long time. I grew up running the streets in Bluffton with bummies which was an awesome A&W Root Beer Stand. It took until now for me to enjoy a Drive-In the way that I enjoy Bowman’s BK. They have barbecue Spanish dogs Coney dogs homemade root beer ice cream and more. It is simply one of the best experiences you can have at a drive-in at such an amazing price

Where I come from Business Hours Means something. So when I arrive at 7:45 pm to a business who claims 9pm closing I couldn’t be more disappointed.

The “newer” young blonde waitress was extremely rude not once but twice to the point we left and will not return. We have spend a lot of money here for what little and not even that good of food but because it’s local why not… never again. Until there is proof that the servers are trained to treat the customers fairly and dare I say with respect everyone I know will no longer pull into this place to eat. This place is definitely not what it used to be nor will it ever. We may return when there’s a new owner or new employees.

This is a great place to take the family. We had their tenderloin sandwich and found it delicious. The Marconi salad was home made.
On the weekend they have a dinner special. This last weekend was baby back ribs.
The home made root beer was good,served in a chilled mug.
I would recommend this place.

Classic drive-in. We go almost weekly for the Hot Dogs, burgers and BBQ, especially the pulled pork. Tried the rootbeer. Really good but a bit sweet for me but I usually have diet soda. Reasonably priced, good variety and friendly staff. Not as fancy as a Sonic but still a great experience. I prefer to place my order with a human interaction rather than pushing a button anyway. 🙂

It was very nice place to enjoy the weather and good root beer stand type food. The root beer floats are great! Loved the service, it was perfect service, and they clean up the area nicely. And right by a park for kids. Be safe! Have a great summer!

Wow. Came to Muncie for the Rees Cemetery and research, tried B &K before heading home to Fort Wayne. I got the double cheeseburger, my husband had the special burger. Both were great. Actually, I would have to say this is the best burger I have EVER had. Wish there was a B & K in our city. Great service also!

Food was over priced. Got this thing that was supposed to be a twist on nachos supreme with tater tots instead of chips. This thing was so small, seemed to be more of an appetizer than anything. And it was 6 bucks! Oh yeah fry orders are small as hell too. Will not eat here again. Ice cream by accident is way better!

My kids and I went to the BK Root Beer Stand. We were promptly greeted by a very friendly waitress even though they were packed. She took our very large to go order with ease. Our wait was minimal and all of our food arrived just as we ordered it. It was an excellent dinner. They have many items to choose from, you can also sit at their picnic tables if you do not want to eat drive-in style in your car. I think BK is definitely our family’s replacement for Burkies.

Really great; haven’t had anything that wasn’t first rate. Especially enjoy the breaded tenderloin and the black cows (root beer floats.) When we get to Muncie, we go about everyday if not twice. Love that joint.
