But because the place is mostly busy and packed service can be a hit or miss. I’ve had some wonderful servers and then I’ve also gone an entire meal without my water even being refilled. And the front greet staff could atleast try to happy to see customers.
But if you have good company and as long as they continue to serve good food…BJ’s is a solid place!
Came here very hungry and left very hungry and nauseous.
I ordered a deep dish nacho with the sirloin bits and when it arrived it arrived with cold cheese and soggy nachos. It has clearly been sitting there for a few minutes. The meat tasted sweet, too sweet, and the tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole tasted very funky, sort of like when something is about to go bad. And the guacamole had huge chunks of oxidation, it has definitely been sitting there for a while.
After this appetizer we were brought our steaks. My wife got a medium sirloin steak and I got their Sunday promo medium rare prime rib. The sirloin steak arrived well done and dry. Any juice came from the greasy sear of the steak. The prime rib arrived cold, and also dry, there were no juices whatsoever. It tasted like fridge ham slices and had absolutely no sauce or seasoning. The pigmentation was red, like when you have a piece of rare steak sitting out for a while.
Everything was disgusting and made me stop eating it. We decided to just skip to the dessert which tasted good. This is the second time we come here, the first time we got nachos and boneless wings, the boneless were cold and the nachos were good that time, although also had a funky taste with their veggies.
It was a very disappointing experience because I came here hungry and wanted to enjoy even a just “okay” meal. Everything was cold, dry, and spoiled.
I’ll just stay going to Saltgrass
Service was great! I wish I remembered our server’s name. All I know is – she sounded like she was from the east coast. She was very cool and super sweet to my boys.
Food was yummy!! My 7yo approved his chicken tenders, my 10yo approved his burger and fries—-and I approved my pizza. The pizza was hella tasty and I would so get it again. I can’t remember what my wifey got – maybe a salad…but whatever it was…there wasn’t any complaints.
Desserts were a hit! We got those cookie in a skillet with ice cream.
We became reward members and we will definitely be coming back!
I also like that there are different burger options to choose from. Whether I want something classic or something with more toppings, there’s always a good choice. The buns are soft but don’t fall apart, and the toppings always taste fresh. The fries on the side make the meal even better.
Overall, BJ’s is one of my favorite spots for burgers. It’s my go-to when I’m really hungry and want something that tastes great and actually fills me up.
My honest review overall was rated was 2 out of 10 service, 10 being the best ♀️. Service was so unprofessional I didn’t know if I was here to be relaxed about having our server or to expect the worst of what’s coming out of the kitchen. Server was unavailable for most the time there, too busy watch the game than doing his job. Food was a 4 out of 10 ordered the brew house sampler, wings were undercooked and the food was warm not hot… how you spend more than $70 and your food is not up to standard or not hot..HOT FOOD SHOULD BE A STANDARD PERIOD , what a waste!….drinks were watered down. I ordered the patron grand and Long Island. Eat here at your own risk service and food was not good. Not sure if the server is to be leaning on the chairs while taking orders to. So unprofessional smh . I come to a restaurant to get away from the madness and this is how we were treated. Will not be returning. Management should have a long talk with servers to always ensure good service . We also waited 30 + minutes until our food came out and it still was warm, not cool… the guy with the locs and hat at night is not a good server… this is why I choose to eat at home…for the price that is charged I would expect the food to be up to par as well as service… I was greeted by the ladies and server but after that everything fell short smh.. I felt robbed of a good service to be enjoyed with family at the end of my meal. Let’s end the bad stigmas of eating out and treat customers with an absolute wholesome attitude and experience of fine dining, no matter the budget and who enters.
