BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Norman, OK, is proud to serve OU Sooners and all the residents of Norman. We’re conveniently located a few minutes from the OU campus and easily accessible from all over the Oklahoma City area. We’re right off Interstate 35 just across the street from the Sooner Mall. When you’re looking for an awesome place for your group outing, consider BJ’s Restaurant. We have plenty of space for private parties, including our enclosed patio seating. And what better way is there to feed all sorts of people than an assortment of deep dish pizzas? I’ve gone here for awhile and I’m always happy with the food. Not a good critic but they have consistent food and some cool things like the Pizookie which is a favorite. I know what I’m getting when I come here so we are always happy about it. The rewards program is really nice too!

A Resounding Thumbs Up for BJ’s Brewhouse!
BJ’s delivers on all fronts, providing a truly enjoyable dining experience that will have us coming back for more. From the moment we walked in, the service set a high standard, with our waitress, Sarah, being particularly attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. Her excellent service significantly enhanced our visit.
The food at BJ’s is, quite simply, delicious. The ribs were a definite highlight, boasting a perfect balance of flavorful spices and a delightful sweet BBQ sauce that left us wanting more. We also thoroughly enjoyed the salads, which were remarkably crisp and fresh, a testament to the quality ingredients used. The roasted vegetables were another standout, cooked to perfection with just the right tenderness and flavor.
For those who appreciate a hearty and well-prepared sandwich, the crispy chicken sandwich is a must-try. It was generously sized and packed with flavor, complemented beautifully by a tasty honey mustard sauce. However, the undisputed star of the show for us was the calamari. Consistently our favorite, it was impeccably breaded and bursting with flavor – truly a perfect appetizer.

Went here around lunch time, not busy at all. It took a fair min to get food and drinks. Also dealt with a shift change 1st person was amazing, 2nd person clearly didn’t want to work that day.
The price of the food doesn’t equal to the taste, it was real generic. Nothing special, just basic flavors.
It looks very nice inside and has spacious tables.
Definitely more of a bar then restaurant, but left full.

Went this past weekend. Hadn’t been in 2+ yrs. Will not go back, ever. First off family of 4 with 2 kids and 2 adults. She made us wait 5+ min at the door- it was completely empty- 3pm on a Sunday- she seats us with 1 adult menu. One. No kids menu and runs off. Menu was gross and sticky.
We were up by the bar area- waitress comes around 10 min later and never introduces herself and seems annoyed when we ask for kids menus and another adult menu. Waitress finally came back and took order- we got drinks about another 10 minutes later.
Then, it only got worse. The first waitress disappeared completely and we got a new one who also never introduced herself.
Bar drinks were missing salt and lime for margarita. Dinner app came when meals came and then my pizza came out another 10 minutes after everyone was done eating. My pizza clearly was sitting under heat lamp as cheese and sauce were extremely dry. Just no one bothered to run it out. Also ordered a pizookie which sadly took another 15 minutes. We were there over 2.5hrs for terrible service and old food. Also don’t get me started on how dirty the booth was, food was all over it and the bathrooms tile was moldy. Lamps full of dust. I’m actually shocked this place is still in business. 0/10!

Love having this as a late night option! The happy hour appetizers and daily specials are our faves, especially the burgers on Wednesday. Service is always great, especially when Matthew A is our server. He’s always on top of everything, even when it’s busy and he has large tables. After our first couple times having him, he started remembering small details about our orders and it really shows he cares about his job and his regulars, which we have become.

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! We ordered a variety of dishes, including salads, tacos, soup, pot stickers, fried pickles, and boneless chicken bites. Everything was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The sweet tea, Diet Pepsi, and lemonade were refreshing and complemented our meals perfectly. The service was exceptional; our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great spot for a girls’ night out. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

My friends and I went there on Wednesday to have dinner. Our server said her name was Mikaela (I don’t know if that’s how you spell it but that’s her name). She said she’s only been serving for a couple of weeks or so, so she’s relatively new. She was so kind, patient, attentive, and overall great for our table! I asked her a couple of questions about the menu and she answered to the best of her ability. I truly think any sort of management should recognize how great she did and give her a gift card or a raise or free something!! She did so good I’ve been contemplating writing this review for almost two days and now I am doing it! I tipped her the best I could (I’m broke) and I left her a little note on the receipt basically saying how good she was! If I could choose my server again, it would be Mikaela! To all other servers at BJ’s, be like Mikaela PLEASE.

The dinner was less than expected in size & quality for the priceper plate. The service on the other hand was excellent. Our glasses never went empty. After our meal was delivered to our table, every 1 of our 10 additional requests were attentively provided quickly & with a smile. Thanks so much for your great attitude, humor, & uplifting spirit while serving our family as I introduced my fiance to my dad & step mom. You were greatly appreciated.

We came in tonight on a bit of a time crunch since we had tickets to an event within the hour. We let our server, Alyson, know right away and ordered quickly. She was absolutely amazing — drinks came out fast, she checked in often, and she was so attentive and kind throughout our visit.
Our food did end up taking about 30–40 minutes longer than expected, but what really stood out was how the situation was handled. Alyson was proactive, apologetic, and immediately offered to get dessert out quickly. The manager also came by to apologize and gave us a discount for the wait, which we truly appreciated.
While the food delay was unfortunate, the service and genuine effort to make things right made a huge impression on us. Because of how well the staff handled everything, we would absolutely come back to this location. Great service goes a long way, and tonight proved that.
