Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Got the worst service from the minute we were seated. We gave Kimani every benefit of the doubt, but he kept getting the orders wrong and giving us attitude. We saw him giving other tables more attention than our group of 7. When the checks were incorrect and we pointed out out, he called my sister the b word and stormed off. At this point, everything should have been free. The manager extended many apologies, took him off the floor and did comp some items but we felt more should have been done. We understand everyone has a bad day every once in a while but there was no excuse for the server’s behavior. We didn’t deserve this treatment. This place has been forever ruined for all 7 of us. Sad because we liked the location, drinks and food.

Large restaurant and menu. It’s loud, but the food is awesome and priced fairly. Service is ok. This time, I had the BJ’s Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It’s huge! Delicious FF and cole slaw, which is chopped in big pieces and is a bit bitter.

The only good thing about this establishment is our server Diana. I truly felt sorry for her. Servers take orders and pray that they come out great and tasty and looking like the menu picture. There are so many places we could have chosen to eat at and decided to eat at your west palm location bc of our experience in Orlando.

To begin we were seated in a timely manner everything was good when we sat down. Kelly our server came to the table put the menus down and started throwing the coasters down the table. It was strange because she could have handed them to us and we would have passed it down but we didn’t think too much into it. Ordered drinks and mid sentence Kelly storms off as if we were bothering her and again we were like maybe she’s having a bad day. Kelly was very dismissive but when she was rude to the table across from us at least we knew it wasn’t just us.

This place is amazing! The food was so delicious and cooked perfectly! I had the Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon, served with grilled asparagus and couscous, and the flavors blended so well together. Our server, Demi, was so friendly, patient, and willing to answer our questions, and didn’t rush us to place our order. I really enjoyed my first visit, and I will definitely be back to try more selections!

I had the the lemon thyme chicken over a bed of rice an was so disappointed. The chicken was good, unfortunately rice was so gummy! I spoke to the manager who had on the red dress shirt last night, all he did was took the plate. Didn’t come back nor did he apologize. Ugh

Wow the service was lackluster tonight. The manager literally pulled out a chair and started slipping and sliding all around the floor gaslighting us that the floors was not slippery. Mind you that the floor was clearly wet. Then seconds later a busboys drink tray fell not even 5 feet away… . It was a comical mess tonight and to top it off, the server didn’t want to make us lavender lemonades togo even though that was the only truly enjoyable thing we had tonight…

Food is horrible. For the price you could have much higher quality and flavor… I thought they would at least be a step up from Ale House… only reason I ate it was bc I was starving. But only had a little and definitely not good enough to take home. No point in complaining as it came out best they could. Pretty good atmosphere for a sports bar. Looks like if you just came here for beers and nothing else it would be good. I’ll definitely be paying for eating here tomorrow.
