BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse occupies the northeast corner of a mixed-use building on Leesburg Pike just west of where it intersects with the Capital Beltway Outer Loop. We’re right next to Tysons Corner Center, the largest shopping mall in the Washington-Baltimore area, and you can get here via the Tysons Corner Station using the Silver Line just across the street. Our massive dining area can comfortably seat up to 250 people, so consider us when you’re in need of some place exciting to host your big gathering. We have plenty of TVs in our spacious bar area, so we’re also the place to catch all your favorite sporting events.

I went in for Veterans Day, all they had was some free dessert for Veterans so that was fine I guess. Orders beer and the smashburger. I was maybe the second or third person in at opening. Everything went well until I got my order with the smash burger which had little patties on a huge piece of bread. The patties were smaller than the size of my credit card. Pretty terrible. I didn’t even take a bite. The bartender was very apologetic but the manager couldn’t even find a time to come speak to me about it or to make it right other than to take it off my bill so I paid for my beer and left. Never going back there.

One of the worst restaurant experience I ever had.
I ordered through Uber Eats.
I was missing our entire appetizer, the Brussel sprouts side we paid extra for were burnt to a crisp, the meat had barely any bbq sauce, and we were missing every toppings and ice cream for the Pizookies.
So essentially we paid $100 for a subpar dry meat, some mashed potatoes and a couple of plain cookies.
Customer service both for BJ and Uber Eats were outrageous and useless. Refunded us $15. So they both lost a customer. Never again.

I’ve been to this exact location many times before. It always is a bit empty so you get excellent service from your waiter.
I always order the same thing, either the ribeye or the sirloin & shrimp scampi. I’ve transitioned from the scampi steak meal to the ribeye because it has more protein (18 oz) . They have not let me down once. The steak is always seared to perfection and brought just as I ask. I usually order medium & they do it right every time.
The sides are always perfect as well, I wouldn’t recommend getting the asparagus as they put them in the oven until they are desolated of all nutrients. But, the fries, the garlic mashed potatoes, the clam chowder, the salad that comes with balsamic, all great choices.
The server Chioamma (I know I misspelled that) was very nice and attentive. She made sure that we had all of the things we needed and was very personable making the dining experience a memorable one. I’d highly recommend asking if she is in so you get the same level of service when visiting this location.

I had such a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant! Our server, Ariana was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked on us consistently without being overwhelming and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great customer service like this makes all the difference. I will definitely be coming back! Ariana was an amazing waitress and made our whole experience so much better. She was super helpful when we were deciding what to order and took the time to clearly explain each item on the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and she was friendly, patient, and attentive the entire time. You can tell she really cares about the guests. We really appreciated her help and would definitely love to be served by her again. NEED HER AGAIN!!

The food was terrible, absolutely terrible. My mother ordered the boneless wings, and they came out so fried that it tasted like it was just burnt breading, it was very hard, inedible
My hamburger was terrible, but I was hungry, so I ate it.
I did complain about the food, but did not ask for a refund. I just wanted them to know. It wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but it has been a long time.
They did not charge me for the boneless chicken.
The manager, Oscar, never came out to say hi or apologize. Poor management.
They are off my list.

This was our first time eating at BJ’s. I was hesitant to try the deep dish pizza, I feel they are usually greasy, but not here! The crust was crunchy on the edges and soft throughout! The toppings were fresh, so good! Ariana was a great waitress, she answered all of our questions and gave some great suggestions! She even knew what page of the menu the items were on. Service was quick and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Our waitress Aida was great, very tentative and helpful… The food was as expected (we haven’t been to a BJ in a long time) glad that the food quality hasn’t changed even though some menu items looked new and updated. We had fish tacos, a Brewhouse bowl, flatbread pizza and the poke appetizer. Everything tasted good and the portions were big. Wish we could take the lucky ducky tub with us but they were out.
