Thank you for being a local tavern! I went across street beforehand, et it wasn’t price or items that turned me off there, it was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will say other establishment ‘posing’ upscale wouldn’t last six months in Omaha! You deliver service, food et price in Syracuse which (back in the day) I tried to deliver when I served at the previous bar in Palmyra! Here is Syracuse, Nebraska, real people in service and hometown customers are served genuinely!

The service was excellent. The young woman that served us was great! That must have been hard to achieve because some scruffy, dirty looking man, who obviously worked there, kept riding her. The food was good, not great. The cook got the eggs wrong and forgot the toast. The salad was crispy. The chicken fried steak was tough and hard to chew, but good flavor. The gravy was overly salty. The pancakes were wonderful.

First time eating here. I had 2 pancakes- 2 was too many because they are decent size, but they tasted great. Husband had biscuits and gravy and patty sausage. He really liked the sausage. Will come back.

Small town restaurant/bar. Was here on a long Saturday for a pool tournament. Had biscuits and gravy and a French dip, they were good and then later we had one of the pizzas, it was also good. I would come back anytime.
