Never Again. Quoted 44 minutes for pick up. Went early. Paid $56.49 early. Waited over 80 minutes!!!! Still warm but disappointing. Did not get Order correct. Half cheese, half the one topping -not just a sausage regular. Hot inside. Staff clueless.

The pizza itself is good once it is done. It might help to call in advance even if you plan on dining in to save you that dead time. I usually only see one person running it. The ordering area could use some large printed menus high on the wall where the tvs are instead of foldable paper ones on the counter. The tvs for a menu was a good idea except the font was hard to read and more days than not they have them turned off anyway. It could use some updating inside too. I wish the door had a chime or bell at the counter or something that told the employee working you were there because waiting at the counter with a hungry party is not fun. Despite the dated interior and lack of immediate acknowledgment it is still very good pizza that picky kids will eat every time and no adult I know would deny. I would however take a hard pass on the cinnamon sticks (lacks sweetness) or bread sticks (overseasoned/salted).

I was really excited to try Bits and Pizza. We got there and ordered and the front staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, and that showed as they took our order. We got our food and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. And that wasn’t a problem because I have worked at a pizza place before, and I understand that it takes a while to took the pizzas. But instead of being 45 minutes it was a hour and a half. That was a little frustrating because we got told that it would be 45 mins not a hour and a half. The pizza tasted good, but honestly the wait was not worth it. If you want to go spend 2 hours in a restaurant go for it, but I think I will go to little Ceasars next time I am craving pizza.

The service was very friendly. We came after a rush so we were the only ones there. They are getting ready to do a remodel so the atmosphere is going to improve even more. The pizza was good the only thing I would change is a bit more flavor to the sauce. Otherwise it was great.

If You desire any semblance of customer service, don’t speak to Tyler. Sometimes the pizza is undercooked! Look at other reviews. If you immediately bring it back he will tell you off & send your young children home with raw food! When it gets home & you call he will again tell you how wrong you are for not wanting it! Once he finally offers to remake you (1) pizza it will be NOW OR NEVER!!! EVEN IF YOU LIVE A LITTLE WHILE AWAY!!! So sad. I have been eating at Bitz’ since 1993
