Actually renamed lobby Cafe. Modeled after terraza which is currently closed. Food is delicious, service great and good for people watching in lobby. Very pricey though, but it’s the ritz so what do you expect? You also have great live music starting at 6 pm. Chris was the best on piano. Recommend it.

On a recent Sunday evening, after watching the sunset, we stopped by the lobby lounge for a drink. Didn’t expect to stay too long. The ambiance was relaxed and very comfortable. We were especially drawn in by the live music, a young guitarist and singer who were just perfect, because they were so good, we didn’t want to leave. We discovered the best hidden gem in Naples!

Group of 8 who ate at Bites February 2020. This is a tapas style menu. The meal was fantastic! Note the menu changes often which gives good variety. There are certain staples that so not change. We eat here once a year on vacation. Love it each time. This time our server was Martin who is funny, charming and adds to the luxurious eating experience. We felt like royalty. There were many #glutenfree options which is always great for me since I have #celiac. Highly recommend this restaurant when you have the time to enjoy. PS. Live music almost every time we go which is a fantastic touch if you like #jazz .

Disappointed – Tought I was making a reservation at Bites only to find out upon arrival that Bites is no longer there and the lobby cafe is now other concept in hotel that is under renovation. It is Italian Very disappointed that while making reservation ichange was not noted We stay and tried the menu in place Not nearly as creative and tasty as Bites was Italian food and not very good . Disappointing! .There was Music in lobby and at times made it difficult to converse . Bites was a great spot that we had enjoyed many times it will be missed

The appetizers and drinks are great! However the main dishes have a lot to be left to desire. I would not eat dinner here again, but a nice option for a cocktail and a small bite!
