We were driving along Highway 36 from NE to MA and needed to eat a meal. This was one place open right after Thanksgiving. We were to get there 1.25 hours before closing. We called to ask about vegetable options. I explained I only ate poultry or fish and needed a vegetable. The woman stated she had a frozen veg she would be willing to microwave for me. That was above and beyond what most places would offer. We bought a pound of the pulled chicken and the broccoli to split between our group and it was perfect. Everything was hot and perfectly seasoned for us.

We walked in and we greeted right away. She had 3 orders ahead of us and gave us our drinks. We ordered and all the food came out hot and delicious! Checked on us several times and made sure we were taken care of!!! We will be back!!

This is the first time for me, ordering Burnt Ends, but I found them lacking in flavor and fatty. They were tender but slim on the portion sizing. The BBQ beans were excellent.

I got the sampler plate. It was a plate whole plate of meat. The sides werent as amazing, but the meats were perfect. Store and bathrooms were clean. Cheesy taters were absolutely awesome.

Good was amazing. Had smoked sausage and burnt ends. Tried a few different sides (coleslaw, bbq beans, and hash browns) and all were excellent. Here from out of town so we didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely return!

Not bad bbq. Loaded fries were just that, loaded with cheese, brisket, onions, and yum. Brisket sandwich needed salt and bbq sauce and was then pretty good . Staff seemed kinda cold and not excited to be there, but we’re efficient.

2018,my 1st time stopping here made such an impression,I had to stop again.Driving from Cal, thru Nebraska, towards STL. This time,Nebraska to St.Lou. Again,EXCELLENT bbq!!Next time won’t get the burnt ends, but brisket was MOIST,pulled pork tender,& sides were great. No ribs this time around,but next time4sure.HIGHLY recommend you stop here!!
