We visited the Bistro at Canyon Village while in Park City with my family and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Asian chicken, beef cigars, hummus platter, Caesar salad, steak, burger, and chicken fingers—and everything was enjoyable.
The restaurant is fairly priced, especially considering it’s the only kosher option on the mountain, which makes it even more appreciated. The service was a bit unorganized at times, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean, well kept, and had a nice, comfortable environment.
We would 100% return here on future trips to Park City.

For the limited pricy menu it left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly but need better training. Entries should be delivered at the same time. Some items were cold, medium rare was very rare, and the latte was not like any latte we have ever had. The ribeye was a good ribeye but the sides were not tasteful. I do not usually leave negative reviews. They said they are working on their liquor license. I do hope they can correct course quickly and be successful.

This was an amazing experience. This place was the perfect apres ski meal. Great food in a warm and cozy environment. The food comes out very quickly and dis after dish is absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning here. I was a year prior and the food was nowhere near the level it was this year. They must have gotten a new chef or kitchen crew because it was improved by 1000%

Wildly overpriced for the inconsistent quality. My burger was ok, my sister’s was raw, and her fries were cold. Also my parents steak was $58, yet was cold. My father ordered a latte and received instant coffee with sour milk. The fried chicken was four small pieces but cost $25 dollars. Would not return.

. Would suggest more waiters.
Took almost 25 minutes for water.
The steak was mostly fat. We went back to the hotel and ordered room service. Only a few bites of meat in the steak to eat.
Meals very small. If you are hungry I would go someplace else. Very expensive for the amount of food.

Was very excited to try this restaurant out but was very disappointed. From beginning to end, this dining experience was a disaster. When the hostess sat us down at our table it was dripping wet and the floor underneath the table had left over garbage from the previous seating. The staff was not prepared for our reservation and then made us feel bad for seating us. We waited 30 minutes for the waiter to bring our menus but in the end we walked up to the hostess’s stand and grabbed our own menus.
We ordered the chicken tenders off the appetizer menu which was priced at $18. When they arrived we received 6 tiny fried chicken nibbles that we had to look deep inside the paper cone to even see. They were TINY! As our main course, we ordered the pulled beef sandwich that was $30. There was very little beef and was mostly all bread. Another disappointment. We also ordered the deluxe burger cooked to medium rare. The burger did not come with ketchup and I had to ask the waitress 3 times for a side of ketchup.
All in all, I would say that this place needs major improvement in both quality and service. They have a monopoly over kosher eaters, I just wish it could be better.

Great food and service! This glatt kosher restaurant is conveniently located just a short distance from the mountains. My family and I were impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. Quick tip: call and make your order about a half hour before you head that way, everything will be ready when you arrive.

Waited more than hour for my food. When it came, it tasted disgusting and the prices were obscene. This is taking advantage of the lack of kosher restaurants in the area and is a gross reflection of the larger jewish diaspora. Shame on you. (No matzah ball in the matzah ball soup.)

Very tasty. Great variety. Very quick service. Who knew kosher in park city. Pictured in this review pulled beef was great.

Amazing – a kosher restaurant at a ski resort, and the food is quite appetizing, and creative. The prices reflect the fact that this is an upscale resort, far from established communities and people should be willing to pay extra for this experience and convenience.
