Long service times, so get there early and expect to stay a while.
Our party of three arrived and were seated after about five minutes.
The waiter came to the table after another five minutes, a super polite gentleman, and took our order.

Another five minutes we had our drinks.

About ten minutes I was told that the special was sold out- which I get it, that happens- so I order from the regular menu.

Ten minutes later I was told they ran out of the sauce for that tonight. So I order again.

About thirty minutes later I receive the appetizer, and then
another thirty minutes for the entree.

It took about an hour and a half from sitting down to paying the bill.

My food was great: I had the Philly Eggrolls (really enjoyed!) and then the Indian Taco (fry bread didn’t seem very fresh, but otherwise it was a tasty meal). Other pal had the Indian taco as well, and the third pal had the buffalo chicken wrap. He said that had too much buffalo sauce on it.

Overall It seemed like a meal that should have taken 40 minutes tops. The restaurant was about half full of guests. Prices were a bit high for the items, but that’s expected for dining in a casino, in my opinion, so I wasn’t shocked.

Extremely poor service at [Bistro 24] inside this casino. I waited 50 minutes for my food, my drink arrived after 30 minutes without a straw (I had to wait 5 more minutes). Staff ignored multiple requests, and the casino just told me to complain to the restaurant. Management needs to take responsibility and fix these issues immediately—this level of service is unacceptable.

This was honestly one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

We came in on a Monday night too a sparsely sat restaurant. Nevertheless there were 4 waitresses which was more than enough. Unfortunately, the wait staff spent more time talking and joking with each other than serving. It took them 30 minutes to take our order and then 50 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the kind of cheese I wanted for my hamburger. So all in it took 1 hour for a burger! AN HOUR FOR A BURGER!! In that time, I watched them serve 1 other table of 4, watched 1 table of 1 pay. Watched a waitress break a glass, poorly sweep it up and then saw another person come by and mop the glass around. In all this time our waitress never came by to check on us, never refilled our drinks or checked on our food.
A different waitress delivered my food, again an hour after I ordered it. We asked for the manager after finally getting my food. The manager/floor supervisor was apologetic but also full of excuses. Instead of correcting the staff he started doing their work for them. Including bringing us our bill and refilling our drinks. While going through the bill another patron, having just sat down, and upon hearing our report of the service, got up and left. The manager did give us a discount on the bill for the poor service but I’d much rather have had a good dining experience.
I hate to say this but I think age is a factor. All of the waitresses were in their early to mid 20s and really had no work ethic. The manager was similarly aged, maybe slightly older, and didn’t know how to manage his team. I think more experienced leadership needs to train the staff from the front of the house to the back.
Needless to say we won’t be back.

We went here around 930 at night on a Wednesday . Don’t go late, trust me
Service was terrible food was mediocre at best.

Waitress seemed uninterested and the kitchen cooked some of the driest catfish I’ve ever tasted. Shame as this was my wife’s first time trying southern fried catfish. ( She said she had better at the fair the next day)

The chicken fried steak also tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old. Just some really. Disgusting food.

Big pass on this place unless you are truly starving.

Located within the Golden Moon Casino. Food is okay but we only dined there once due to slow service and it wasn’t even that busy, waitress was nice though but could’ve been more attentive.
Wife had the wings, she usually eats them all but not this time. I had the patty melt with fries. I didn’t care for the patty melt as it lacked flavor/seasoning, very bland and I had to add mayo and salt to it.
Hopefully they will address the lack of service

Was told by staff at 10:45pm on a Saturday night that they would not be serving any guests “dining in” until 11:30pm. Meanwhile…I am staring at a dining room full of guests seating and eating. When I visited this same establishment 6 months ago, was told 10pm was the time they begin serving guests “dining in”. Never mind the name of the restaurant is Bistro 24. It should be named, “Bistro Whenever”.

We live locally and eat here probably 1 time every couple of months. The food is amazing but the service absolutely sucks and the wait staff act like you are a major inconvenience for them. Management is not any better.

This was my second visit here. The food was good, but the service was quite slow. It took nearly 10-15 minutes just to have our drink orders taken. However, once the order was placed, the food arrived promptly.

If i could give service 0 stars it still wouldn’t describe how bad it is. We arrived at 10pm and they had some customers but not too many. Seating took about 10 minutes which was fine, server didn’t come to our table for drink orders for another 10ish minutes which was also ok. It took 30 minutes before we had to say something about the water we ordered and the server said “oh sorry, I forgot” being the only place open for food at the time we waited a little longer and found the only server just standing around talking to the busboy while several other people were waiting on drinks or sour cream, etc. Needless to say we left.

The food was not cooked the way we ordered it. We had to flag our waitress down and then she didn’t even bring us our refills. We waited over an hour for our food after waiting 30 minutes just to even get our drinks. Another waitress that was working actually brought us a refill after us asking within 5 minutes. I’ve never had a problem here before but it was terrible today. She definitely did not deserve the $23 gratuity on our bill
