Great fine dining! Expensive but really good food. The calamari appetizer is good, the Chilean sea bass and the steaks are all good. We also got the chocolate soufflé. The soufflé is not very sweet but order early if you want it, it takes 30 mins to come out.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience tonight.
We arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes for valet. After that, despite having an 8:30 PM reservation, we waited in a very crowded lobby for about 40 minutes. It appeared the restaurant may have been overbooked.
We were finally seated around 9:30 PM, all the way in the back away from the music and main atmosphere. While I will say the drinks were delicious, the food did not arrive until 10:55 PM.
Unfortunately, the steak was not cooked properly and had to be sent back.
I was honestly very surprised by this level of service from a restaurant of your caliber. I do want to mention that we understand this was not on the waiter — he did his best — and we still tipped accordingly.
We don’t get to go out often due to having kids, and we were really looking forward to this evening. It was disappointing for it to unfold this way.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider giving us a second chance to experience the restaurant the way it’s meant to be.

After having an absolute awful week I decided to treat myself. This meal made up for my week. I want to thank everyone that made that happen from the valet to waitstaff and hosts/hostesses and everyone behind the scenes too. Food amazing, staff …like family. This was our first time here. The atmosphere was nice. Our waiter was friendly but not around very much to see how everything was. The food was average, bu the Chilean sea bass was very good. The thing I didn’t like was having soap residue in my coffee cup. I’m surprised the waiter even served it like that. That put a damper on the evening. I doubt we will be back.

I sincerely believe I should be refunded or compensated as the experience fell far below the expected “fine dining” standard.
I visited Binstang in Irvine today, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Even though I had a reservation, I ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated, and I noticed about 20 other guests waiting despite having reservations, they were all standing, making the atmosphere feel more like an animal zoo. This only emphasized how understaffed the restaurant seemed.
The service fell short in other ways too. When I called to ask a question, the person who answered had absolutely no idea about my inquiry, and it appeared that the whole team was overwhelmed. Additionally, the server gave me a check right after taking our entrees, as if they had forgotten that we were still waiting for our desserts. I thought it was coming, but after 15 minutes, nothing arrived and I had to remind them.
Unfortunately, the food did not justify the steep price. I paid nearly $400 for two prefixed courses, yet the dishes were only average, and nothing extraordinary stood out. The overall experience 1)long wait despite with reservation, 2) mediocre service, and acceptable food 3) feels like a rip-off for the price, falling far below the expected standard.

A few of us stopped for an early evening dinner on a Wednesday. We had reservations and were greeted and seated quickly, our server had great recommendations, impeccable timing and a great personality Our drink orders came quickly which nice after a long day☺️. Our food was delicious, the Charred Spanish Octopus and the tuna tartar are absolutely irresistible if you are a seafood lover. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
