Overall this was a great spot for lunch. Nostalgic for my mom, first time for me! Such a cute atmosphere. The staff was amazing and kind. Our meals were hot and was prepared according to our requests.

Onion rings were great, club sandwich was not toasted enough, bread was soaked trough. Turkey lunch meat was very thin, maybe 2 pieces. Sandwich was not 3 layers and only cut in half. Very weak presentation and no flavor.

I had heard this reopening they brought back the original recipe for the Onion Rings! I bit into one after not having these in 20 some years and I had a childhood memory unlocked. Will be back whenever I’m in wooster and have the time. Excellent service and the only reason I gave a 4 on atmosphere is its a little drafty in the spot we sat so in cold months can be a bit of a shock when that air hits ya

The food has always been delicious but new owners have made it an exceptional place to dine! Upgrades all around but the service especially is so much quicker and great atmosphere. The best nutty muffin burger anywhere, and can’t go wrong with a side of fries or onion rings. Delicious homemade pies as well, highly recommend!

The waitress seemed new but she was very nice to us, and extremely apologetic at the end. I really appreciate her hospitality in the end.
We waited about 15-20 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped or had taken a drink order. While other tables who had gotten there after us had been helped almost immediately. We ordered everything at once since we had waited that long. It still took about on extra 10 minutes to get the drinks. Our appetizer came out after or entrees. I had gotten Pretzel bites, they didn’t have salt on them, they didn’t come with the beer cheese, or the honey mustard. I had to ask for them… and they were very over cooked. The burgers flat and very over cooked, extremely dry.
The remodel seems a little dark, lots of black and gray, maybe a little color would be a nice touch.

Came here for lunch…. Awesome. Had Chili & Macaroni Salad (loved the unique flavor of the Macaroni) & hubby had Nutty Muffit w/Onion Rings. So happy they reopened.

Has been absolutely horrible since the most recent takeover. Past management was bad – but somehow the new management managed to take things down a notch.
Everything prepackaged – constantly turning staff and what staff remains has a horrible attitude. Last trip today – order online at 12:15 – arrive at 12;40 to pick up (not ready – said 15 minutes but I’m realistic- it’s lunch and they are constantly short staffed). At 12:55 after 15 minutes of standing and waiting – let them know to just cancel/refund…mysteriously the order is now refusing !?! Take it and get a very sarcastic “Thank you – have a wonderful day”
And this is what their “delicious” rings look like…huge chunks – half not coated and a cold sandwich.
Never again – hopefully someone else takes over before this latest tenant ruins the name.

It was awesome! The restaurant was clean and inviting. The menu had several different choices the fish was wonderful but the onion rings melt in your mouth! Five star dining experience! Loved it

My parent’s wanted Bishops they spent 41.00. the food was horrible.. onions rings were brown and empty.. like skin onions. Her sandwich had a peice or wilted old lettuce and 1 little tomatoe. It was gross. My meal was all greasy, and onion rings were dry too. The pie.. my mom ordered a peice of Apple pie.. It was RAW.. gross. I had to cook it in the oven for her. All young kids working there. Not the Bishops we remember. Sad really. We did get our money back, because I sent her the pictures of our food. Nightmare… Never again sorry to say.
