UPDATE 13 April 23. What has happened to this place? The breakfast was a train wreck (awful). They tried to cook the eggs twice. Both times, they tasted bad. The bacon was cold. The grits were so thick they stuck in the cup. The biscuit was doughy inside. Also, where are all the friendly people who worked here? The place was close to empty this time. That’s a clue. This was one of my favorites ( see below). It will be a long while before I go back.

Usually love this location, but last time did not go well. I was excited to try the new bologna biscuit, and I love pimento cheese, so I knew I had to try it. We went to dine in and I placed my order and I know for a fact I specified the one with the jalapeno pimento cheese, as you can get it different ways. Got our order and my biscuit had no pimento cheese. I don’t get upset over things like this, so I kindly went up front and told them what happened. A nice lady went and told another lady who was working with the food near the front. This second lady then turned and asked me “can I help you?” but in a very in-genuine tone, like she was mad. She said no one ordered anything with pimento cheese, and asked for my order name. She then proceeded to say “you didn’t get it because thats not what you ordered.” I am not one to want to cause confrontation over something like this; I just wanted pimento cheese. I told her “well that is what I said when I ordered.” Apparently the cashier rang it up as just a bologna egg and cheese, which costs less, which is an understandable mistake, but I know what I said when I ordered. I also told her I would pay the difference. She said “what are you wanting, me to put the pimento cheese on there?” and I was like yes. No need to remake it. I don’t understand why people want to try to pick a fight over little things. She put the cheese on there, but dealing with her tone was not worth it. ):

Service is mediocre. Food is cold and old. Was told it was a 4 min wait on hash browns. But then they hand me my bag in like 15 seconds with a hash brown in it and it’s cold and old. NOT impressed and will be avoiding location and letting friends know too. Take the time to wake up early and go to Chick-fil-A.

The restaurant was busy but moved quickly to take our order and bring our food to our table. Some great choices: one had spicy chicken with pimento cheese biscuit and another a deluxe double sausage egg and cheese biscuit. We split a strawberry muffin. All were delicious. I also had the strawberry soda with mint, truly refreshing.

The service was the worst. The wait to get to the window to pay was 20 plus minutes. Then at the window they say five minute wait on hash brown and ask us if we want something else. We agreed to something else. Then next they come back and say five minutes on chicken sandwich which was what we originally ordered. So we said yes we would wait. Never again. Been here 30 minutes.
