Had a chicken biscuit today. Chicken was rubbery and tasted awful. I had to spit it out. The sweet tea tasted off, so I threw that out too. It was a waste of my money, honestly. The staff is always very kind though and do ask if you want any condiments. Only thing they need to improve is food quality and taste.

Not very good at explaining prices and charging more for something that’s also included in the meal price. $18.80 for 2 chicken biscuits two sides a cup of sweet tea and bottle of water. That’s expensive for not so good biscuits.

Can’t wait to return , I had the sausage egg n cheese which was Lovely. My family had the Chicken Biscuit and the Biscuit platter with grits and what I noticed was that the prices were very reasonable. Awesome restaurant with very nice workers the Customer Service was the best!

Just left biscuitville and Rebecca took my order in drive thru. I really enjoyed her enthusiasm her energy her vibe and the positive attitude she has. It really makes a difference especially in customer service. She is doing an amazing job, may she continue to shine bright elevate and glow up in all that she does.

Excellent service…employee taking our order (teenager) was very personable and pleasant. Nothing something you see very often (sadly) in a fast food setting. Food (bologna, egg, and cheese biscuit) was spot on!

Went through drive through spent 35 and my grits were not in my bag when I got home I realized they were missing I called spoke with cam she apologized but went on to say we are short staff I responded that’s not my problem cause it’s not then she said your rude and hung up on me! So I drive back and spoke with glen he claimed to hear the convo told me she was nice to me yea she was until I stated that then being short staff wasn’t my problem and called me rude and hung up me! How am I rude for stating facts it isn’t my problem they were short anywho he gave me my grits but should of offered a drink or something just for having to drive another 10 min back there yea I have come there a lot but they lost a customer
