I got myself bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and it didn’t disappoint at all. Did I forget to mention unlimited coffee. The store was exceptionally clean and the food was great. Getting in and out of this location can be a little tricky but it is not terrible at all. This location has a drive through and it was packed….yes….it is very popular. I’m definitely not going to McDonald’s again.
This place was a magical spot for biscuits. Something that we are missing in Seattle. So the name is well-earned.
The parking is good, and it’s easy to get in and out, and the drive-thru is easy to access. The dining area was very clean and pleasant.
The food is fresh, and there is a display window where they roll out the biscuit dough. I also witnessed then throwing out the old biscuits so at least they are rotating the biscuits. The taste of the biscuits alone is worth the price. Now the bacon was just fast food bacon but was good but were some small strips. The sausage patties were also as juicy as the other fast food sausages (*starts with an m.) The sausage gravy was good but the little sauges were the same as the ones in biscuit sandwiches so it was good and could be great. The shining star was the spicy honey bisuit. It was crispy and flavorful.
I did not get a friendly greeting from the older lady at the counter, but my 2nd interaction with another counter person was a better experience. He actually washed his hands and smiled as he asked what he could get me.
Midas 5-stars for the Texas Pete’s hot sauce
Midas 5-stars for the friendly hello and fresh biscuits.
I ordered for 3 people and I had the peach muffin and Tea I enjoyed the tea very much and I’m glad I tried the Muffin it was fairly good a little dry. you’ll probably enjoy the peach Muffin I wished it has a more distinct Peach Flavor to stand out from the Cinnamon crumble top.
The Fried bologna biscuit was EXACTLY what I expected
I like presentation and the simple layout.
The centerpiece is the grits because in my opinion, if the grits is trash the rest of the food will disappointed you.
The grits was perfect for my taste buds. if I don’t need to add anything to enhance my grits, it’s always a good sign.
My scramble eggs and my biscuit did it job. The only thing I did with the scrambled eggs is added some salt and pepper. The eggs was a typical scrambled eggs. For my biscuit, it tastes buttering and kinda moist.
Now, my least favorite is the country ham. I was a little disappointed of my expectations of the ham. It was on the thin side than the thick side. If I put my thin country ham next to a typical lunch meat, they probably have the same thinnest.
Overall, I had a good experience dinning in at biscuitville. I recommend of people going.
