Soggy hashbrowns. We have asked multiple times for crispy hashbrowns and even tried asking for an extra note to be added this time and they are still soggy and greasy. The scrambled eggs were so overcooked they were rubbery. Would not recommend the hashbrowns as they just cant get them right. The other stuff is fine. We only go here because the other options in town are overpriced or somehow worse. Also beware of the to go butter packets as most of them aren’t sealed and just leak everywhere. I’ve said something about the butter multiple times but they dont seem to care.

Came for late breakfast on 3/7 around 1o clock. The burrito I ordered came scolding hot and after trying to eat it and burning my mouth several times I let it cool. Literally 20 min and it was still smoking hot. I told the waitress nicely and she keep saying so what do u want me to do about it. Very rude and didn’t really seem to give a damn. The option was something else or half price on my food. I was done. Food was overcooked smoking hot and I didn’t wanna pay for something unsatisfactory. The waitress continued to be rude explaining to me it was not their fault etc..this person needs an attitude check especially working with the public. The food was onething but her bad disposition and overall lack of courtesy in this situation is uncalled for. I hope this post is recognized and this person is talked to. A simple breakfast turned into a waste of time and money. Thank you for literally leaving a bad taste in my/our mouth.

The kitchen needs to slow down, we have been coming here since we moved here in August and the hashbrowns have been getting more and more under cooked to the point we have to ask for well done hashbrowns and they still come out practically raw.

Easy fast dining experience. Came for breakfast ordered using their BYOB menu. Food was pretty standard, the quality you would expect for a fast paced diner. Staff was all really nice and welcoming.

I ordered four pieces of bacon and orange juice because I wasn’t all that hungry. The bacon was well done, nice and crispy. Orange juice was nice n fresh. My niece and nephew loved their pancakes. Recommend this place, 5/5!

I called too place an order for pickup the lady was incredibly rude.Didn’t give me an opportunity to even try to place the order.Cut me off and said, well.Sorry and said, have a nice day and hung up, i get it when you’re busy, but that’s no excuse to be rude. Even after she asked me what I was going to order. And then turned around and cut me off. Anyways, what the heck like, Come on be professional at least. Super disappointing

Food was mediocre. Menu definitely left me to believe hasbrowns were included with biscuits and gravy and they are not. Very deceiving.
Service was great for early morning and the cinnamon roll looked really good, but I didn’t get one. The fruity pebble French toast also looked really good, but it is sweet!

We’ve eaten at another location before and we were not disappointed here either. WE LOVE BISCUITS CAFE!!!
We ordered the BLT Sandwich, the Chili Burger, and the Grilled Chicken Greek Salad. It was all delicious! In fact, we decided to come back for brunch tomorrow.
Our server was really nice, thoughtful, and attentive.
We were, however, a bit repulsed by the unsanitary actions of another server who was sitting at a nearby table marrying the condiments, replacing the dispensing lids with her bare, unwashed, ungloved hands after refilling them; a clear food safety violation sticking her unwashed fingers in the food product customers are then going to put in their mouths. Especially after she’d brush those fingers through her hair or touch her face and clothes without washing them. Staff should be following all food safety practices, pandemic or not, to avoid spreading foodborne germs and pathogens. Zero excuses for that kind of behavior.

Ordered Over medium eggs. These are NOT Over medium. The toast is soft and the hash browns are gooey.
I’d sort of understand if they were busy but there are literally 9 people in here right now and we’re 2 of them.

If you haven’t been here in a while, you should come back. Improvements in both kitchen staff and servers are noticable, better food and more courteous service. Enjoyed the cinnamon french toast, and yummy sausage links.
