I arrived here around 10:10am on a Saturday morning after finishing a cruise. This was my first time visiting the brand. You must order at the counter and someone will bring your food to you.
There were so many options, I couldn’t decide.
I got short stack with blueberry pancakes and my kid got pancakes and breakfast potatoes.
We ordered at 10:24am and received food about 10 mins later. My bacon was perfectly crispy, just like I enjoy. In the middle of eating, my son told me: “It’s a really good place; I want to come back here” and “I’ll give it a 5 out of 5”. I agree with him!
A huge plus is that staff regularly walk around to check in to ask how the food was and if we needed anything. The customer service was amazing!!

Food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. The portion sizes were amazing. Service was fast and staff was helpful and greeted us. 2 sandwiches and 2 espresso martinis plus a tip was 50 dollars. So not a crazy price either. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and they will be seeing us again. You see these empty plates.

I got the Rockwell and my husband got the Go Getta. Both of us loved our food, and both of us left STUFFED
I love how simple yet filling biscuits are man.
I would go back if I was in the area or lived closer. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Every time we come to Norfolk to visit we have to come here because they have such a good breakfast and good options. The biscuits are homemade right here in the place you get to watch them make them and they’re really delicious.

The food was really good. Their tea and coffee were also amazing. Literally the best chai latte and bacon I’ve ever had.
Jack also informed us that we could sign up for rewards and get a free dessert, so we did that as well!

This was our first and last time here. The venue itself was nice and clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. However, the food was overpriced and tasteless. Everything tasted store bought. The biscuit itself was doughy and the eggs just weren’t good. The best thing about the menu are the drinks. If you’re looking for a good brunch spot, don’t come here.

VERY nice esthetic and setup in the restaurant. Menus are bright and super easy. Service was very fast and friendly. Wife got the avocado toast with egg over medium, I got the G.O.A.T. which was delicious! Wife said there was too much ‘everything’ seasoning on the eggs and so it was quite overpowering. Strawberry mimosa and their blood Mary were delicious – highly recommended for fans of either. Will definitely come back!

While there was plenty of food it was very underwhelming. Very little to no seasoning used. The biscuit was very fluffy and light but tasted like raw flour. The gravy was extremely thin and had flavor. The supposeded brisket was dry with zero flavor and almost crunchy. Bacon was transparent and small. The chicken was dry as well. The sausage patties were thick, had flavor and not dry. The home fries were anything but homemade. Wendys has better ones. $3.20 for a small fountain drink is excessive

The gravy was swimming in sausage and the biscuits were flaky and fluffy and all around phenomenal.
My husband had the Brekky bowl and he devoured it so quick. I also ordered a gingerbread latte and it was perfect with the biscuit meal.
Next time I’ll try adding some more goodness or one of the biscuit sandwiches, we will be back soon!
